I bought some Keen Targhee IV mid hiking shoes. Need to wear them as daily shoes (i know, not ideal, but I live in a cold and rainy place with deep puddles and gravel/mud on my walk to uni), but I will probably also wear them hiking, camping etc. Wanted keens as I need something I trust to keep the waterproofing and I have wide feet. Wore them today but I think the arch support is way too high because it really hurts my arches, and kinda hurts my heels when standing up (I sometimes have lab work where I need to stand for 1-2 hours), and it feels like no weight is going into the balls of my feet. Any advice? I do probably have slightly flat foot but they don't cause me problems. Even if you think it's good for me to have arch support, I don't really care because this is unbearably uncomfortable. I also don't want to make my feet weaker.
Should I return? Or just try to find a flat insole to replace them with?
Did anyone actually manage to get standing tickets in presale??? Are you supposed to join the waiting room really early or something? If so, that should be more transparent :( When I joined there was no standing :( part of me wonders maybe standing tix are only available in the general on sale???? Which would suck...
I was clicking seats and it would just tell me that's unavailable until I got some seats right at the back
And then one of the people I was buying for said she didn't want to do it if it wasn't standing but I didn't want to let go of the reserved tickets and there was no way to just remove 1, so I bought them all thinking I could surely sell somehow but seems like there's no transfers at all?? I get that it's to stop resellers but couldn't they just implement something so that you can try to resell through AXS for the same price.... Ugh. Ideally I'd also like to try for better seats in the on sale but I won't if we can't sell them. Does anyone know whether it will be live QR codes or whether I could send screenshots of the tix to someone?
This whole process is just so stressful and confusing!!
ETA: Bristol!
