What's your opinion on eating live animals in your country

For me I think it's cruel and prolongs the suffering of the animal even the Thai live shrimp salad I still think it's cruel and not humane even for shrimps

These gluttonous bastards

I keep Siamese halfbeaks these guys will literally try to swallow 5 vibra bites whole but the problem is that they a. Choke and puke out the vibra bites b. Somehow manage to swallow it whole but any logical creature would eat and swallow one food at a time but these are not logical creatures btw this is not an aquarium related question it's just me showing off my fish :)

Help white spot near croaking gourami's eye

(Sorry for the bad photos he's very camera shy) this is Grim Matchstick my croaking gourami about two weeks ago he had a white spot at first I thought it was just a small bruise that would go away on its own but 2 weeks later it's still here he's eating like normal but he seems more skittish than before

His story of origin is frankly amusing I found in the Siamese badis tank and after talking to the owner who operates the shop no employees he said that this lad was a hitchhiker on the shipment from rachaburi to Bangkok so I decided to buy the little lad and this is his first day and he has so much personality
