Old VHS bootleg
Back before YouTube when the internet was very young people like myself had to go to record stores to get concert footage. I wasn't yet 21 in 2001 as the Strokes played a majority of their shows in 21+ venues so I had to take the train 90 minutes north to Fullerton to find this bootleg VHS of the Strokes Philadelphia show on 11-14-01.
I visited my mom's and found this tape. Does anyone have VHS bootlegs?

Why does Chula Vista have so many realtor/insurance influencers?
My mom told me to look up Fred Loya and I wanted to look around for other options and every insurance agent and realtor is just posting life style content. Why can't they just post their rates?
