is this large UK coffee shop chain using AI? bird has no legs, leaves don’t seem to make sense

sorry for the long title but apparently it had to be 75 characters!

anyway i spotted this in a massive UK coffee shop. the bird doesn’t have any legs and the way the leaves fall look weird. this chain is known for cutting costs despite rising prices so it wouldn’t surprise me.

the way the leaves have a shadow on the bottom left looks quite strange.

end of feed to sleep 🥺

just needed to put this somewhere. i’ve been feeding my baby to sleep every night since he was around 4 weeks old. he’s now ten months and the last few nights he’s just not been into it. he’s eating solids really well and i guess he’s just not hungry and boob isn’t working its magic. well tonight i just held him for a bit until he was sleepy, then put him down in his cot and he fell asleep straight away. it was lovely - he’s clearly getting more independent - but bittersweet for me!

people see a feed to sleep association as a problem
but i’ve always loved the special connection it gives me with my baby. we’re slowly winding down breastfeeding and it feels good and sad at the same time!

i’m so glad i didn’t spend time stressing about how i was going to end feeding to sleep. every thing about my baby’s sleep patterns just tells me i’ve been right to follow his lead and trust in responding to his needs ❤️

lunch for my 10 month old

10 months today! four months into weaning and i still feel like i have no idea what i’m doing.

- vegetarian chili (mashed up) with rice
- cucumber sticks
- banana

one cucumber stick ended up on the floor but he ate most of it first. he did well on this meal. i ate the rest of the chili after taking this picture 😂 but i was kind of hoping for some more leftovers ngl!

he loves veggie chili and i knew the banana would be a hit too. surprised he ate so much cucumber

i do spoonfeed some foods but i try and do finger food in every meal too.

too much poo?

my almost 10 month old is currently pooing upwards of six times a day. today it was nine!

he goes a bit red but doesn’t strain, just frowns a bit. the poos look fine - all very normal, and they’re quite substantial - but the quantity is just wild.

he is EBF four times a day, with three meals a day. no snacks. i sometimes BF at night too to get him back to sleep.

his diet is fairly normal i think. he doesn’t eat meat but has a good amount of plant protein like beans and lentils, mixed with other veggies like carrots, tomatoes etc. also eats full fat greek yoghurt, fruit like bananas and berries, wholewheat toast with peanut butter, baby pancakes which i put bananas and berries into.

honestly i’m not sure if this is something i should be worried about or not!

he loves food but i try not to over feed him. he’s a chunky boy and has moved up the percentiles but he’s also not moving (crawling etc) so i thought maybe it was due to that.

should i be seeking medical advice or am i just overthinking this? omg the nappies and wipes i’ve gone through - it’s like having a newborn again! luckily he’s not susceptible to nappy rash.
