i’ve (22f) been lurking on here and read so many stories about how peoples partners have been prioritizing their orgasm and have been thinking a lot about how my bf (24m) doesn’t. something i’ve realized is sex is a really important aspect of a relationship for me. sex for us is pretty much no foreplay, he finishes, and then it’s over. today i built up the courage to tell him that this is bothering me and that i would like more foreplay and to have an orgasm during sex with him. he was incredibly receptive but in the middle of having this conversation i backed out and told him that if it doesn’t come naturally to him then he doesn’t have to think about it. i still don’t know why i did that. he asked if i enjoyed sex better with my ex than i did him and i didn’t have the courage to say yes so i just said it’s different. he understood what i meant though and has been upset since. i just feel like an asshole and am so sad i made him sad. he’s so lovely to me otherwise :(

i’m starting a new position at an outpatient psych facility where i will be the only medical assistant and i was wondering if anyone in this community has been the only medical assistant before? my facility offers TMS and spravato tx as well! if anyone has any advice for me it is very welcome as i am a little nervous to be the only medical assistant, thank y’all!

i’ve been an uncertified MA in georgia for 5 years and i’m looking into skipping the course and just taking the exam to get certified. will i be able to answer the questions on the exam without going through the course? i’ve taken A&P through college. any tips on studying? thank you!
