Honest Question - Do y’all trade and/or buy insanely good items for your build?

I can’t help but wonder how so many posts showcase the most berserk and insane gear I’ve ever seen, and have yet to ever see on my hundreds of hours on the game. Yes I’m aware that RNG is random and some just get lottery ticket luck, but are you guys also buying/trading for these items? For example, mythic seals, Annihilus seal, perfect quad GA rolled items.

I only play on T12 and farm all content, bosses, etc….. have never seen a mythic seal, the annihilus seal, or any crazy GA rolled items in over 50+ hours this season.

If the U.S. job market is this cooked, then how long do we have?

Honest question here, I’m somehow still not seeing any mainstream/legacy media organizations talking about this issue which has clearly been spiraling the entire year of 2026. Employers are still doing hiring freezes, recruiters/hiring managers are all saying this is the worse market they’ve ever seen (worse than 2008), and a large swath of people are still unemployed or functionally unemployed for a year or more. On top of all this, for the first time in US history college grad unemployment is greater than non-degree populations.

How does this end well? Why are politicians not taking this issue seriously? The data doesn’t suggest anything is going to make a dramatic change so are the wealthy just going to watch the rest of the population burn and struggle? We might need to strap in for a bumpy ride in 2027……

Why is Maryland Law Enforcement nonexistent on major highways/traffic routes?

I grew up in Ohio my entire life until I moved to MD for college many years ago now. OH being a state much larger and with significantly less population densities….. I vividly remember seeing law enforcement patrolling neighborhoods, popular events, and constantly monitoring highway traffic (speeding violations, etc….)

I have now lived in MD for almost 10 years and travel across the state weekly for work, I maybe see a single patrol vehicle on any major highways if I’m lucky. People drive like they are having psychotic episodes, the avg speed is 20+ mph over the speed limit, and it feels like it’s just a lawless land. Has it always been like this? Why do I see actual law enforcement on highways only after major accidents or crimes? What happened to proactive enforcement of the law? Really interested to hear from other MD residents as someone who grew up with a much different experience/idea of law enforcement.

Diablo 4 Season 15 - How to get mythics?

As stated in the title, I am paragon level 203 and now in T11 difficult without a single mythic item drop. I have farmed greater lair bosses and done a few Belial runs….. nothing yet. I don’t have enough sparks to craft my first mythic so how are yall getting mythic gear? It seems like this season is substantially harder to get mythic items than last season (which I know everyone wanted).

I am aware of the methods for farming the capstone dungeons but these are all essentially hard set to T13 difficult….. I play solo and cannot be carried with my rogue DoK build. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Honest Question - How do yall have the time to play D4 so much?

Just genuinely curious! I’m a 27M with a full time job, fiance, and other weekly responsibilities. If I lose sleep I can probably play about 15-20 hours per week at best but I usually only play like 8-10 hours per week normally which I think is pretty good. Maybe it’s the Reddit echo chamber but it seems like everyone is playing S15 like 30-40 hours per week and progressing insanely fast. How do yall do it? Surely other people have responsibilities and the good ole adult life things to take care of. Either way, glad people are enjoying S15 and Godspeed on your demon slaying journey! 🫡

Season 15 DoK Rogue build - secret unique gear

Hi everyone, I literally just learned that season 15 has a whole list of secret unique gear items that can be crafted with the new unique runewords at the cube?? Based on what I’ve seen online, some of these gear pieces have insanely good stats that I imagine should change build guilds right?

For example, I attached this bow called “Zephyr” and the alleged stats it has once crafted (without mastering/tempering?). If correct, this would surely be an enormous damage boost all around no matter how you compare it, are yall seeing this? Do you agree?

Pokémon TCG 30th Anniversary will be “printed to the moon”- nobody gets product

Now that the anniversary drops are starting to happen at various big box stores across the U.S., what has yalls experience been for trying to get anything in stores? I’ve already read quite a few horrific stories and would like to think it can’t be as bad as people are allegedly saying it is.

For all of those who had been saying for the past year that fear not this set will be printed so much that “product will be everywhere”, are you still sure about that? I’m thinking maybe by mid 2027 I will be able to open this special set and as a long time regular collector that’s disappointing.

August added 160k jobs and economists say the market is “normal”

Very interesting report that just came out, 160k added jobs reported for August which is significantly higher than previous months. Unemployment rate is unchanged, although I feel like the “functionally” unemployed statistic should be rising. What do we make of all this? I’m still seeing large swaths of younger college grads and even senior level people struggle.

Further down in this article, “experts” are claiming that due to an aging U.S. population the economy only need to add “20k” jobs per month to be sustainable, which again doesn’t seem right. Are they just trying to beef up the military? I don’t see the standard of living for average Americans rising, instead it’s been falling

New Job Reports coming out, are we surprised?

I don’t remember the original numbers for the May and June reports but as expected the revisions were “significant downward subtractions”, along with July already being in the negative. August 2026 just got released and it’s allegedly + 38k jobs but you already know that’s gonna get revised into negatives as well.

Why is this not headline news or being addressed by officials? We might have a full entire year of significant job losses

How many packs are yall ripping these days?

Looking for a very curious / honest discussion here! For those that are collectors hence opening packs, how much are yall opening? I know Reddit / social media is bias since nobody is posting their dud packs but it sure seems like everyone be getting the ultra rare chase cards. I typically open maybe 10-20 packs per month assuming I can even find product.

Are you guys just ripping like crazy or have insane luck? Somebody teach me the ways

Dollar General has blessed again!

Lowkey Dollar General has been blessing me lately and finding the poster collection products were super unexpected! I feel like I’m slowly gaining hope for the Pokémon TCG hobby again. I did NOT buyout the store like most others do, I only got two or less of everything (except 3 tins; the store had a bajillion of them) since I always leave stuff for others in stores.

Ripped 17 packs and got 12 total hits, felt very lucky this time around. All together I love all the cards I got, it’s not all about getting the top tier chase card.

The most play hours I’ve ever seen in Diablo4

Saw this guy the other day who was paragon 300 which I don’t see very often and my jaw hit the floor when I saw this….. I didn’t do the math but I assume that’s at-least several hours per day everyday since the season started. I don’t know how yall don’t get burnt out after like 60-100 hours. How many hours do yall usually play each season?

People are actually going into lifelong debt over Pokemon TCG

Maybe it’s just me or internet bias, but holy smokes it’s hard to ignore all the posts and stories about people spending thousands of USD that they don’t have on Pokemon products. Given the median salary in the U.S. (which I’m above) and the current economy/job market. I find it highly unlikely all these collectors make six figures to afford buying and ripping hundreds of packs from new sets every month. Is it just chronic debt? Is everyone reselling to keep fueling their addiction? I don’t understand how so many people are spending crazy money like it’s Monopoly money

30th Product Availability and New Drops

Just very curious on what everyone’s experience has been trying to get any new product from both online drops and in-store drops? Have you guys had any luck?

I figured since many people have been saying that all these new sets will be “printed to the moon”, let’s see if anyone is actually getting product this time. Feel free to share updates as well since I am aware that many drops will be occurring thought the coming weeks

How do scalpers/“investors” actually afford product?

Legit and curious question here! I know many people have humorous takes on this but like I’m actually curious, is it CC debt or high income earners? Are they able to stay afloat by continuing the cycle of buying and reselling? I may as well learn more since this is what the hobby has become but I will never stoop that low (even in desperation).
