Some of my known people have a 399 prepaid plan for unlimited 4g+unlimited 5g but in my airtel app it doesn't show that plan. Anyone knows?

I have unlimited 5g with 2gb daily data in the plan. But when I use Hotspot my 4g data is being used, even though it shows 5g on the network bar? Is it for everyone? Any solution.

Do we get the on boarding pass after the background verification is done or we have to complete the entire launchpad before it. Also how much before does they hand out the passes? Help please
