
Engineer visit question
I currently have the above and had delivered a smart hub pro 7 and extender
I’ve also had an email from when I first signed up saying an engineer would be coming on 2nd July and would be in touch nearer the time
I’ve had another recently saying:
To set everything up when it arrives:
scan the QR code on the box for your Smart Hub
log in with your EE ID (username and password)
follow the set-up guide
when your service is active, you can connect your other equipment
So do I just plug it all in and BT will work with it until switch over on the 2nd?
Does an engineer physically visit?
Will plugging the new router in now mess anything up before the engineer comes? If he comes 😂
Sorry just very conflicting info - one suggests it’s plug and play on arrival and the other email is an engineer is coming
Any advice/experience appreciated :)
