as you can see the chain is not staying on the teeth of the bike so much that i can’t wheel it 2 feet forward or backward without it doing this

it quite literally almost cuts out for a good 2 seconds before going back to normal

brand new engine will not even remotely crank over after i put the chain and throttle cable on also after letting it sit on a tilt for a little bit please help

i have this pulse fitting on the side cover however I already have a venting system to a catch can
