Student midwive third year pregnant

Has anyone been in this position? I am due to qualify in September. I have just found out I am pregnant which was a massive shock due to my other 2 children being ivf! Partner was booked in for vasectomy next month. Unsure of what to do. Baby would be born after I qualify however jobs, (if theres jobs) i wouldn't be entitled to any maternity pay what so ever.

Absolutely panicking

Severe abdominal pain after sex?

Female, 32, 67kg, 5 foot 9, none smoker, 2 children (one ivf 8 years ago due to pcos however believe they have cleared up since having my second child?)

Last night my partner and I had intercourse- nothing ott or too strenuous.

About 5 minutes after we finished I had the most excruciating abdominal pain. Initially it felt central but then shifted the the lower left bikini line area radiating in waves into my hips. It felt like I was being stabbed

Im not soft with pain but this had me absolutely doubled over. I was like this for over 2 hours and it was worse than early labour pains. I should of in hindsight probably of rang someone but I didn't want to, because of my kids.

I managed an hours sleep last night. The pain has gone from a 10 to a 5.

Today throughout the day it has been a constant dull ache however tonight (20:00) the pain has ramped up again. Now it appears more central that to the left, with occasional sharp/shocks in my hips.

I have done a pregnancy test, negative. My last lmp was the 6th of may, so I am late.

Im unsure if it being after sex was just a coincidence or not, I did feel a little off around 10pm before this but it didn't last long.

From doing some research I am wondering if an ovarian cyst has ruptured. If so, is there any point in me going for an ultrasound? Would it still be visable at this point and is there anything they can do to help me?

I am in the uk and it is currently 21.30. Its painful, nowhere near last night's level of pain but enough to take my breath away in waves, intermittently. My abdomen is painful to the touch. My temp is 37.5 after paracetamol so not alarming. I do feel a little spaced out though.

Any advice greatly appreciated. Thank you

Fleas 🥲

Does anyone know if theres anywhere I can buy flea treatment for my cat and dog that is vet strength?. I have called the vet and because we havnt been in over 2 years (havnt needed too) they are saying they want to do a vet check first before giving me any treatment. The only thing is, its £35 per pet for a vet check and I physically can not afford £70 right now. I have been treating with advantage but its not worked. Any other recommendations please? Already bathed/combed the dog (the cat won't let me) and sprayed the house with indorex. Thank you

dissertation uploaded 1 minute past the deadline

I am absolutely heartbroken. I have worked so so hard on my dissertation. The deadline was 12pm and it took so long to upload, the clock literally turned to 12:01 as it finally did.
Late submissions are capped at 40%. I'm aware I should of gotten it in sooner, but I over analyse everything I do. Usually it uploads pretty instantly for me but this time it didn't. I just needed to get this out there somewhere
