I feel like my inattentive adhd weakens some of my autistic traits

I'm not 100% autistic or 100% autistic AND adhd, it feels like one overpowered another and it seems very beneficial, as I retained the pattern recognition, yet my adhd made the sensory sensitivity extremely specific, like, there are things I get triggered by, but they are so specific, it doesn't make my daily life difficult.

I wonder how rare a case similar to mine.

A new friend.

I'm autistic, I became friends with this girl, which is a rare occurrence in itself. As making friends when you have autism, requires either a patient person, or someone with autism. Just like you.

I have to say, I picked up on her autistic traits so quickly, I wasn't even conscious about it, she just felt right. But becoming friends is one thing, I don't typically write about every single friend that I make into my diary.

What felt different was, how many of my jokes made her laugh out loud. I genuinely don't remember making laugh someone like that, multiple times, and in under an hour of our conversation right after we vaguely got to know each other.

We'll see where this goes.

I learned to yodel WITH my eyes rested, so, instead of closing them I was just un-focusing them.

Now every time I yodel, I instantly lose vision while I do and it comes back in like 10 ish seconds.

Nothing medical just crazy work with muscle memory LOL.

Anyone had any similar experience? I can answer questions if anyone's curious
