Help me my friends.
I don't know why, but I find myself getting extremely angry over the smallest things. For example, loud noises really trigger me, like people watching Reels on full blast or chewing loudly. Even simple tasks, like picking up my dad or running errands at the store, irritate me.
However, I feel completely fine when I'm at my mother's house. I am very calm there and don't experience any of these issues. I don't know why, but I just feel truly safe and secure in that space.
On top of that, whenever someone depends on me, it triggers intense anxiety. I already struggle with social anxiety, so having responsibilities placed on me makes it worse.
I also don't interact with the people in my local area because of their toxic idea of "being a man." They constantly pick fights and make inappropriate comments at women passing by on the street. I hate that behavior and refuse to be part of that crowd, which leaves me feeling isolated most of the time.
I do have a small circle of friends, but none of them live nearby, so I rarely see them. While they aren't perfect, they are mature and have common sense.
Is this normal or do i need to do anything?
