Introducing RaceVault Non-Profit Trading Card Community- Secure Your Place Today

Hi Everybody

RaceVault is a non-profit collaborative community for motorsports fans to collect the ever changing story of the sport we love together.

We launched a few months ago and have steadily been growing, but we have now officially gone live and anybody interested can sign up through the below link to receive our bespoke racing trading card directly to your door!

Existing trading cards focus heavily on F1, but they don’t cover the wide variety of other diverse and incredible championships out there. RaceVault is for fans of F1, Indycar, Formula E, WEC, DTM, GT World Challenge, Formula 2 and 3 and much more!

What you get by joining RaceVault

- Monthly drops of exclusive cards delivered to you. These include driver cards, circuit cards, iconic liveries, historic moments or achievements, special editions and anniversary cards covering the story of racing together.

- Joining a community that is entirely shaped by its members and what you want to see. This includes opportunities to take part in fan votes, shape the direction of the collection and even get involved in designing cards.

I’ve attached some of the hard copy demos that we have created, but expect around 200 cards from the 2026 season. This will include all the drivers from the F1, Indycar, Formula E and WEC Hypercar grids as well as a wide variety of other series.

The group is going to start small at 50 passionate members, so places are limited! We operate a not for profit model with a small monthly donation for those who wish to do so, as it is very much a collaborative project for the fans, by the fans

If that interests you then please check us out on r/RaceVault or secure your spot directly through the below link. Places are expected to go fast so don’t miss out 🙂

RaceVault Is Live- Register Now to Get Your First Cards! 📣

Hi Everybody

Thank you all for your kind words and support for the RaceVault community. I’m delighted to say we are now officially able to go from the start up phase, to go go go stage!

That means the first packs of cards should be with members by mid September. To officially sign up and receive your cards then hit that link below! 👇

https://forms.gle/N5xXw2Sft2GVoiju7

buymeacoffee.com/RaceVault

Here’s how receiving your RaceVault cards and starting your collection will go, and how the community will work.

1- Sign Up

Above is the official sign up link to get your first packs. The only personal information being requested is your address so they can be posted out to you, but please be assured this will be stored confidentially and solely accessed by myself as sole moderator.

The community is limited to just 50 members at the moment and we can see how that goes. But priority of course will be given to all our current members who have been with us all the way, so make sure you sign up if you want your cards 🙂

I want to give people an opportunity to try it out for the first month, then you can decide if it’s something you would like to keep going with. So there’s no pressure or commitment if it isn’t for you.

2- Monthly Card Drops

You will receive 18 exclusive RaceVault cards straight to your door each month. The first delivery should reach members by about mid September, then monthly after this point. (Although please do be patient. As it is a hobby there may be times when it is slightly delayed due to work or other life admin!)

When you receive your cards I would be super grateful if you could please let me know they have arrived, and even better to post a picture of your card haul so others can see.

Of course unfortunately things do go missing in the post, so likewise if your pack hasn’t arrived please do let me know and I will endeavour to send a replacement. Likewise they will take longer to get to certain parts of the world as coming from the UK.

There will be roughly 100 cards in the first drop. This will include full grid and special edition cards from this year’s Indycar and Formula E season, as well as wider exclusive releases from F1, WEC, GT racing and junior single seaters. The grid cards from other championships will be added once those seasons complete, so I anticipate around 200 cards in total from the 2026 season.

In your first packs I will make sure there are no duplicates for you. Although I can’t guarantee this longer term as keeping track of 100’s of different cards for 50 members would be a herculean task! However if you get spares or cards you don’t want- why not post in the community and arrange a swap with fellow members 😇

3- Supporting the Community

The ethos of the group is that the RaceVault project is shaped by you, fellow fans of the worlds speediest sport. It will be really exciting so see where we end up and what the project grows into.

It is very much a passion project not a business (I have a full time job which keeps me in far too much trouble!). However there are costs to printing the cards and shipping. As mentioned when we first launched, we will have a donation model which is optional but of course anybody who can support it would be very much appreciated! Whilst the group is very much not designed to make money, it’s hopefully not to loose too much money either. And ultimately I can only afford to be able to do it long term with small contributions.

So I’ve set up a Buy Me a Coffee link below which is also on the registration link.

The suggested monthly donation is £6/€7/$8 (Based on current exchange rates and the equivalent in any other currency). As above this is absolutely optional, and of course if anybody wishes to contribute more you are welcome to do so.

This gets you 18 bespoke RaceVault cards straight to your door each month, and full membership of the community including fan votes, discussions, opportunities to create cards and shape the direction of the series.

4- Keeping Track of My Collection

You can see all the published cards through our RaceVault Community through Notion. This will be updated every time a new card is launched, however these will also be posted in the Reddit group so you can every new release when it becomes available.

https://app.notion.com/p/d23208c9e19546858509855cee5340cf?v=f277b490263d4e7ea59d41cbc9de5332&source=copy_link

Got a favorite championship, driver or team? Or wanting to check out what cards you are missing from your collection? You can filter by all of these on the community to keep of what other cards to keep eye out for 👁️

The main types of cards will be:
Driver Cards
Recordbreaker Cards
Livery Hunter Cards
Circuit Cards
Racer Cards (Basically “car cards” but that sound silly!)

Plus regular special releases and series such as the Motorsport World Cup Series, some historic content and a lot of other ideas coming soon!

Although in the registration link I have asked what championships people follow, the packs you receive will contain all the series we cover (F1/Indycar/Formula E/WEC/DTM/GTWC and junior single seaters). It would be too difficult to try and do bespoke packs for each individual person. However, the whole ethos of group is that it will be shaped by what you want to see and collect. So we’ll keep reviewing this and any less popular championships we could remove, or add any others that people want to see.

The collection will grow each month and it’s designed to follow the ever growing story of our sport, so there will be new cards being added all the time to keep you excited when your latest pack comes through the post.

5- Getting Involved

There are lots of ways to get involved in RaceVault as this is your community, shaped by you!

Post in our Subreddit. Share the latest cards you have recieved, share any spare cards/swaps, post any news or thoughts on the latest racing action (No spoilers).
Get involved in our exclusive fan votes which shape what cards get included in the collection.
Get involved in designing cards. Feeling creative? Keep your eyes peeled for opportunities coming soon!
Keep sharing your ideas, feedback and suggestion.

There will be regular chances to review what our members want to see from the group including surveys and votes to keep things fresh.

Most of all. This collection and community is for you. Please enjoy, thank you for your support and let’s see where we go together 🙂

Introducing Your Formula E Collection 2025-26

Hi Everybody

Wow! That was a spicy season finale. I’ll confess I haven’t watched loads of Formula E this year, but there was enough action in the two races in London to fit an entire season. What do we think- did the deserving driver win the title? And what are the chances of Wehrlein and Da Costa being in eachother’s Christmas card list this year… 😂

With that, I’m excited to share this year’s full Formula E RaceVault collection which will be appearing in the first card packs that go live in September. They will be followed by Indycar in the next few weeks when their season finishes.

This is what RaceVault is all about- Following and collecting the story of our amazing sport together. This years collection includes:

- 20 Driver Cards (A few drivers are missing from the photos due to the photo limit)
- 2 Inaugural Winners Cards for Nico Muller and Taylor Barnard
- 1 Recordbreakers Card for Taylor Barnard as Youngest Race Winner in Series History
- 1 Last Lap Card to mark Lucas Di Grassi’s Retirement from Racing
- 1 Tribute Card to mark Sebastien Buemi’s Retirement from Formula E
- 1 Circuit Card for London Excel Arena to mark the tracks swan song as a racing venue

Is there anything I missed that needs including? Please also shout out in the comments what card from the collection grabs your eye most and you will be keeping a look out for 👁️ 🙂

Mail Day- Check Out What Has Arrived 👇 👀

Hi Everybody

I did promise as soon as our first physical RaceVault demo cards arrived you would be first to see them! And these dropped through my letterbox earlier this morning earlier than expected 😍

What do you all think? I’ve got to adjust the cropping a tiny bit but otherwise I’m really happy with them! I printed just a few samples from different championships and categories (like our Livery Hunter Cards, Track Cards, Motorsport World Cup, RecordBreakers etc). But these are just a small selection of the collection which will grow each month and be shaped by RaceVault members. At some point I will also look into foil/special edition version for the Elite level cards- but this was purely to test them out and so far looking good!

The next step is to get these out to you all! Watch this space this week for how to sign up for the first deliveries 🚚

State of The Vault- Launch Week!! 👀

Hi All

A slightly earlier “State of the Vault” this week, as there is lots of very exciting news and updates coming over the next few days. Thank you all for your patience, kind words and support with the RaceVault project over the last couple of months. I’m delighted to share that this week everything will finally come together, and we’re in a place where we can say go go go for the official launch of the collection, and the first packs of cards going into production 💪🙂

Here is what the next week or so should look like- Hopefully it is worth the wait! 👀

This Weekend- As the Formula E season comes to a close, we will not only crown our champion but also be able to share the first “full grid collection” for 2026. This will include driver cards for every member of this seasons grid, and will early next be followed by the full Indycar grid cards. Both sets will be available in the inaugural member packs 🏎️

Mid Week- The first set of demo hard copy cards should be reaching me from the printers, so as soon as I see them, you as exclusive RaceVault members will do also. I’m nervous but excited to see how they turn out 🤞

Next Weekend- We will officially be going “live” and members will be able to register to receive their first packs of RaceVault cards via post direct to your home. There is a roughly 2 week turn around on printing, so I anticipate the first packs should be with members approximately mid September, and then every month after that. As promised, this is your collection and shaped by you. And really excited to set off on this journey will you all 🫡

So keep your eyes peeled over the coming days, and as ever do comment, get involved and share with other people who may like to join our ever growing group 🙂

Speaking of which I’m delighted to welcome u/MooseOnTrail as our latest member 👋

Phew! That’s a lot for this week. Racing wise we have our first ever trip for Indycar to Markham. For any Formula E fans who is your pick to be crowned champion after our London double header? We also have the final ever professional motorsport race for Lucas Di Grassi- which we have marked with an official “Last Lap” card which is this weeks title picture. 🇧🇷

As ever, thank you all and let’s keep going!

2026: A Record Breaking Year of Racing

Hi All

Hope you’re having a great week 🙂

As we have the slightest of lulls in the racing calendar for the summer*, let’s have a reflect back on 2026 so far… (saying that we still have 6 Indycar rounds in 5 weeks and the Formula E finale!)

The “Recordbreakers” set is a way of collecting the story of our sport and the events and drivers that make history. There are two new cards in collection reflecting the highest ever attendance at an F1 weekend (an insane 500,000 + which breaks the long standing record held by Adelaide), and the most GTWC Sprint wins by Charles Weerts who takes this over from long time codriver Dries Vanthoor 🇬🇧 🇧🇪

So far in 2026 we have also had:

The dawn of Kimi Antonelli- The youngest driver to take consecutive F1 victories and a grand chelem

The closest ever finish at the Indy 500! Felix Rosenqvist overhauling David Malukas by the narrowest of margins to take victory.

Nikola Tsolov taking the most consecutive F2 wins as he puts Bulgaria on the racing map.

The first time the Spa 24 Hours has been won from the pitlane, with Lionspeed doing the impossible to come from last to first.

What records do you think may be likely to fall in the remainder of the year? Or are there any that I have missed? Put your thoughts in the comments 💪

Hi All

Thank you all for continuing to support our community on our exciting journey. And a special welcome to u/Disastrous-Dream-550 and u/Palidin034 and who have joined us this week 👋

Speaking of which, I’m currently working on the first physical demo cards which I’m hoping to be able to share in the next week or so. Then the first cards will come out to members in September.

Over to you! There are lots of opportunities to get involved and shape our community together 🙂

Get Involved: RaceVault World Cup Collection

Hi All

Super excited to launch this brand new collection which will be shaped entirely by YOU (our fabulous and ever growing RaceVault Membership) 🙂

As its World Cup year, this is your chance to pick the top 10 strongest countries in the world right now by driver ability. And then the current strongest driver by current ability and performance (Not all time ability. Who is the best right now) 💪

List your top 10 countries below and the driver you would pick, and the winning 10 will make the final collection ✅

I’m thinking of running this collection every year, and as RaceVault is our way of tracking the story of our sport this could be a cool way of following which are the strongest drivers by country in any given year. But RaceVault is for you, and we’ll decide that together and if it’s something you want to see 🫡

I’ll put my votes in the chat in the coming days. But really interested to hear your votes first! I’ve attached some mock ups. Netherlands is obviously Max (but then is that country in the Top 10?). I think Spain and the UK are undoubtedly in there, but a real headache with multiple choices and reasons for each driver. Over to your RaceVaulters- put your votes in the comments! 👇 🗳️

Tally of Votes (Total Votes 5)

Italy 5 (Kimi Antonelli 5) 🇮🇹
UK 4 (Lewis Hamilton 3, Lando Norris 1) 🇬🇧
USA 4 (Kyle Kirkwood 3, Kyle Larson 1) 🇺🇸
France 4 (Pierre Gasly 2, Isack Hadjar 2) 🇫🇷
Spain 4 (Alex Palou 4) 🇪🇸
New Zealand 3 (Liam Lawson 2, Shane Van G 1) 🇳🇿
Netherlands 3 (Max Verstappen 3) 🇳🇱
Japan 3 (Ryo Hirakawa 1, Ayumu Iwasa 1, Kami Kobayashi 1) 🇯🇵
Australia 3 (Oscar Piastri) 🇦🇺
Germany 2 (Nico Hulkenberg 1, Maro Engel 1) 🇩🇪
Denmark 1 (Christian Lundgaard 1) 🇩🇰
Brazil 1 (Gabriel Bortoletto) 🇧🇷
Belgium 1 (Dries Vanthoor 1) 🇧🇪

State of the Vault Update 🌍

Hi Everybody

Hope you’ve had a great week?

This weeks State of the Vault feature card is for all our Sportscar fan members to commentate the passing of Marc VDS, with some of the iconic liveries to have graced his cars over the years. 🇧🇪

It’s been a slightly quieter week for new members and engagement, but that is ok as the community will grow organically and continue to evolve as we gain momentum. Thank you all for your support and coming along for the ride. As always please do keep sharing, engaging and do spread the word to any fellow race fans who would like to join us on our adventure 💪 🌎

I think the next step for our growth will be the production of some demo physical cards, which I’m hard at work on and hope to have something to share in the next few weeks. Having something physical to see rather than just mock ups will hopefully spur some further interest, ahead of go live in September. So do keep your eyes peeled for the next exciting step 👀

In the meantime don’t forget there are still lots of ways to engage with the community and shape the direction of the group, even though we’re still in the pre-launch stage. 👇

Not introduced yourself yet? Don’t forget to drop into our New Members Welcome Chat 👋

https://www.reddit.com/r/RaceVault/s/g8lJC6kVa8

Want to shape our exciting circuit cards collection for 2026? Don’t forget to take part in our members vote and share your favourites 🌍

https://www.reddit.com/r/RaceVault/s/axvcPYt7pe

And don’t forget to check out our new RaceVault Community Hub to see all the cards already designed and ready to drop in September

https://www.reddit.com/r/RaceVault/s/LRmZugbmIh

It promises to be an exciting weekend of racing, with F1 at Hungaroring always promising to throw up some unexpected results (great to finally see the race getting some love these days). Meanwhile we’re getting to the business end of the season with Formula E this year. Although guilty confession I’ve seen basically none of the races this year- is it worth me catching up? 🤔

Keep your eyes peeled for another exclusive collection of cards in the pipeline this week, which will be entirely shaped our RaceVault members. As always, do stick any comments, suggestions or general race talk below and thank you again for joining 🙂

Sneak Preview 👀 Your Indycar 2026 Driver Cards

Hi All

Although a lot of the initial cards showcased have been special editions or commemorative cards, I understand people will be especially keen to collect the sets of drivers cards.

So here’s an exclusive look at some of the upcoming driver card releases for Indycar 2026. Obviously only provisional as the season is still going, but just to get a flavour of what you can expect 🔥

Initially the plan is to create full grid sets for F1, Indycar, Formula E and the WEC Hypercar Grid with partial sets for the other championships covered by RaceVault. And that these cards will start to drop into packs once the seasons start concluding, with Indycar, Formula E and some of the junior single seater categories amongst the first to go live once RaceVault goes live in September. ✅

Hope your week is going well!

As we keep building momentum and growing the group ahead of the official go live of RaceVault in September, I’m really excited to launch The RaceVault Community Hub.

For people who are fans of a particular driver, championship, team or manufacturer there’s an easy filter option so your can watch out for and track all the cards most relevant to you 🙂

I’ve uploaded all the cards that have been created so far onto the hub. There are already 25, and I have another 40+ cards from the Formula E and Indycar nearing completion as the first major championships to conclude their season. I will keep uploading new cards to our subreddit and socials too, but they will also go up on hub so members can start building their collection when the first packs coming out in September.

New Card Monday- Race Winners 2026

Happy Monday All

New cards dropping that will feature in inaugural packs when RaceVault goes live in September. Kimi Antonelli joining the F1 race winners club as the 116th man to win an F1 Grand Prix (fewer people than those who have been to space).

A maiden win in red for Lewis Hamilton- will it be the first of many?

And over in Formula E Nico Muller taking his first win in his 6th season in the category. The Swiss racers first single seater win since Hungary 2013 in Formula Renault!

What other iconic race wins from 2026 deserve a card? And what will the rest of the season have to bring. 🍾🏎️🏁

Introducing RaceVault- Community Motorsport Trading Card Project

Hi All

I've recently started a new community project called RaceVault and thought some people here might be interested. It’s very much a passion project (and not for profit), and something I’ve thought about doing for years but a very tough 2026 has spurred me on to go for it!

RaceVault is a community built Motorsport trading card collection, celebrating the greatest drivers, races, cars and moments from across the world of racing.

Rather than official licensed cards, these are original collector's cards inspired by the sport we all love, covering series including:

Formula 1
Formula E
Formula 2/3
World Endurance Championship
IndyCar
GT World Challenge
DTM
And More

Every month members receive randomly packed collectible cards featuring everything from race winners and historic moments to circuits, cars, anniversaries and special editions.

The best part? The community helps decide what comes next. Members can vote on future collections, suggest ideas and help shape the project as it grows.

I've attached a few examples of the cards I've been designing. If the idea sounds interesting, or you'd like to follow the project from the beginning, you're very welcome to join us over at r/RaceVault or racevaultcards on Instagram.

Initially the community will be limited to just 50 people, so if you want to join then request to join and you can be part of the adventure 🙂

Best Printing Companies for Small Run Passion Project

Hi All

Long story short, it’s been a really challenging 2026 personally (I’m very lucky be here to tell the tale and it’s been a dark few months). However out of that darkness I’ve finally decided to give creating a TCG a go which I’ve wanted to do forever! I’m a massive motorsport fan so it’s going to be based around that.

It’s purely a passion project, I’m not wanting to take over the world! I’m thinking of starting a small community limited to maybe 50 people to keep it manageable. I’m thinking of around 200 different cards which is a lot but doable as they’ll be released in batches rather than all at once. I’m not planning for it to be a business, but probably a donation model to basically just cover my costs or as far as possible.

Any suggestions of the best value companies to print/order cards in this volume would be awesome! I’m UK/Europe based. Potentially something like breaking it into packs of 4x 50 cards and then enough copies to cover my audience. So around 10,000 individual cards.

Also any recommendations on what quality of card I should be going for would be great- balancing feeling a good quality with not breaking the bank!

Thank you very much to a grateful person just taking life day by day. (And anybody interested in finding out more about the game/collection then hit me up)

The End? I tried. That’s what makes it so much worse.

I’m stuck in a cycle of depressive thoughts that I’ve terrified will culminate in my death, but would welcome that if it happened.

I tried to take my life a few weeks ago. I have been hiding a lifetime of depressive thoughts from my partner of 8 years who I love. I’ve been the person to plaster a smile on and pretend it’s ok, because I don’t want to hurt the people I love. Every day pretending to be somebody different for everybody in my life. When really there was no such thing as the real me. Just a shell. The suicide attempt has destroyed everything, she’s broken that she didn’t know and I didn’t tell her. But I was ashamed, trying to tell myself these thoughts weren’t happening. Now I don’t know if the relationship can survive, even thought we love eachother and share so much. I relocated my life, left everything I knew for us. We were buying a house, had plans for a life.

After the attempt all I can believe is that I’m fake, a monster, a nothing, that I deserve to die for hurting people.

I live in a toxic environment with her parents, who control so much of our lives. And who I’ve given my everything to please, even if that’s driven me away from my own family. And it’s never been enough. They despise me, and I know despite everything my partner would pick her parents over me in a heartbeat.

Instead I’ve thrown myself into work. I work with vulnerable adults and see the most horrific things most days. Working insane shifts just to distract myself, and spending days and days on AI suicide content when not working as it’s the only outlet I have.

A close friend is dying of cancer and I would take their place in a heartbeat right now.

I’m currently away from my partner as they are out of the country, and have done a nearly 24 hours work consecutively of work and travel to say goodbye to my friend for the last time. All I can think is I’m next.

Collaborative Motorsport Trading Card Hobby Project- Feedback Wanted!

Hi Folks

I’ve always dreamed about setting up a proper trading card collection for Motorsport fans. I know there some official ones now in the F1 space, but something that’s bespoke and inclusive to people who follow all the other amazing championships out there and allows them to celebrate and have something tangible to explore the sport they love in a fun and accessible way.

So really before setting out on my journey I’m wanting to get feedback on if it’s actually something anybody would be interested in first! Or if I should just use the time to watch more racing 😂

Most importantly it’s a hobby project and just a bit of fun so I’m not planning to start it as a business or make money. Therefore my vision is of it being a closed but collaborative community for a limited number of people (maybe 50).

I would foresee it as there being “collections” of cards reflective of the current motorsport season. (EG: Current F1 grid, current Indycar grid, WEC Hypercar grid ). But with special cards to mark significant events in that season (winners of events such as Le Mans or the Indy 500, particularly significant races like the big 24 hour races, a significant driver retiring from the sport etc). And maybe some bespoke collections that could go anywhere at all.

It wouldn’t be a Topps Trump or competitive game style project. Because anything with driver X is better than driver Y just creates drama! Really it’s just something that would be ever growing and allows people to follow our ever evolving sport and collect little pieces of Motorsport history together.

The vision would be that whilst I would develop the cards, the community are integral to the direction and development of the collection (EG: Fan votes for collections they would like to see or specific cards etc).

It would probably be focused on F1, Indycar, Formula E, WEC, Formula 2/3, and maybe some sports car series like GT World Challenge or DTM (although again this would be collaborative as to what people want to see. With the caveat that I’m making them so somethings like NASCAR/rallying/bikes etc I simply don’t watch so just wouldn’t have an interest in making)

Preferably it would be a donation led model to support costs (with a low recommend amount of approx £5). Members of the community would get maybe 3-4 packs of 6 cards a month.

So really all ideas, suggestions very welcome! I’m really still at scoping stage and lots of things to think about. Particularly around copyright ideas which are a minefield. The complexities of official logos, photos and sponsors etc mean AI generated artwork is probably the way I’m heading at the moment- as it’s the only way of me scrubbing pesky sponsor logos! (But all other ideas very welcome). I’ve created a few example of cards of what they could look like.

Any feedback wanted but please be kind!! (And yes I have put some random championship positions etc onto some of the cards to show what they could look like- I can’t see into the future!)
