After the last survivor of the Final War passed away, criminals celebrated across the world. The long-standing heroes were gone. But as the criminals embraced their victory, a new threat was approaching: the Quirk Singularity.

Chapter 1: Madeline origin 

Madeline had always dreamed of becoming a hero, and that dream only grew stronger after she discovered her Quirk, Hurricane. In third grade, she met Anna and Drew, and the three quickly became close friends. Before long, the conversation turned to Quirks. Madeline proudly shared that hers was Hurricane. Anna revealed that her Quirk was Chains, When it came time for Drew to explain his Quirk, however... well...  About eight years later, the friends decided to apply to U.A. High School. After months of training and preparation, Madeline and Anna successfully earned spots in the entrance exam.

 Chapter 2: Drew Origin

Drew was a late bloomer, he thought that’s why he didn’t have his quirk at 7. 3 days after his birthday his family took him to the quirk doctor. The detector took Drew into a room and scanned him. Moments later he could hear them saying, “Not possible…….. should w….. we have to.” The doctors came into the room with a sad expression, without sugar coating anything they told him he was quirkless. He was destroyed, especially now that his friends were applying to U.A. in a selfish way he hoped they failed the exam. Before he could see them fail he felt a prick in his back and blacked out.

Chapter 3: Anna Origin

Anna's quirk was Chains, making her an expert at grappling and swinging through the air. Unfortunately, her quirk wasn't particularly powerful. After meeting Madeline and Drew, she found renewed confidence, and she and Madeline trained together whenever they could. Drew couldn't join them, he was quirkless. Even so, he always supported Madeline and Anna in their dream of attending U.A. That's why it was so strange to see the quirkless boy standing at the entrance exam.

1 hurricane - the user can make small hurricanes around themselves. 

2 chains - It allows the user to turn their arms into long chains and can also retract them and pulls them back (or grappling hook) 

3 arrow - can create an arrow on any flat surface that boosts movement speed in the direction it points, if you try and walk into it from the direction it’s pointed at you are repelled. 

4 siren song - the user can sing calming melodies that puts listeners in a trance that make them follow the user’s commands 

5 Cheat screen - the user can pull up a menu that has the ability to give the user or whatever they choose to have one of these abilities that wear off in 30 minutes, no clip/wall walking, X-ray, invisibility, and aim-bot 

6 Mimic - the user can transform into an object that they are holding and grow a mouth anywhere on their body 

7 RC - the user is able to turn their hand into a controller that can take control over an item of their choice 

8 Wings - Gives the user wings that change color based on their mood

9 Venom - the user has sharp fangs that can shoot a toxic venom that burns organic materials

10 Frost breath - the user can breathe out subzero air.

11 Silk - the user can spin silk from their wrist, rarely it will come out as flame silk that is a burning hot silk that doesn’t hurt the user.

12 Flame body - the users skin is made up of fire that doesn’t hurt the user, if they come in contact with water their internal body would be revealed

13 Hive - the user can release bees from their knees, these bees leave after they sting something.

14 Absorb - the user takes half of quirk damage done to them and stores the other half, the stored attacks last for 24 hours before hurting the user. The user can release all the stored attacks done to them at once.

15 Shrink - The user can shrink objects they are touching.

16 Saw blades - the user can create saw blades on the sides of their wrists and ankles that they can control

17 Octopus hair - turns the user’s hair into tentacles that they can control

18 skill tree - the user gets skill points from completing activities, ex reading a book or running 1k. They can spend these skill points on new “features“ like fire immunity or speed.

19 freeze - the user can freeze an object in place and all kinetic energy that was put onto the object will be exerted at once

20 Frictionless - the user after touching all 5 fingers to an object they can remove all friction from it from it for a shot period of time. Credit to BLKTHNDRX9

21 Cosplay - the User’s quirk is a psudo-transformation type quirk that allows them to gain power from the outfit they are wearing, if they are wearing a boxer outfit they will grow stronger. The bounuses revert once they change outfits. Credit to Ok_Gas_2954

22 Hyena - a heteromorphic quirk that gives the user the traits of a hyena including the strong bite, physical capabilities, an advanced digestive system that can digest anything organic and also they laugh like a maniac sometime. Credit to RodRdgz92

23 Elasticity - The user can stretch and bend their body as if it were rubber, overstretched parts of their body have risk of tearing. Credit to Tailedfox66

hurricane allows her to take the water vapor and air around her to create hurricanes
