My family and I are currently on board the Ruby Princess in Alaska, and I feel we are running out of options at this point.

My wife and I have used the gym every morning on this trip. A few days ago, as my wife ran the treadmill, a gentlemen came up to her and told her she needs to stop running on the treadmill as she is too loud and waking him up every morning. Apparently his room is right below the exercise area. My wife was confused as there were several runners at that time, and my wife isn’t a large person, so it was a strange interaction. She told him to go to guest services to complain but that’s it. He left.

Yesterday morning, my wife goes again. The same gentlemen came up, filmed my wife, and confronted her. She told him to stop filming, and he said ”I told you to stop running on the treadmill”. My wife was very shaken up and was crying. I took her to guest services to raise a little hell (thankfully another guest who was there came as well to vouch for my wife). We were told to go back to our room and wait for security to visit at 8am.

They never came.

We went back to Guest Services at 8:30am. we were told to wait for a message on the app. it never came.

After our glacier tour, I finally raised more hell at guest services and security FINALLY came and took my wife into an office to get a statement. they said they would speak with the gentlemen in question. They never got statements from the witnesses of the second harassment.

Well, this morning, the guy showed up again while my wife was running. He took a picture of her, didn’t say anything, and left.

Security seems to not give a shit about this, and I am fuming. Its taking everything I have to not confront the guy myself.

What are our options here? This has gone too far.

Doing some research on cruise parking for an upcoming trip. All notices say to use Metropolis Parking (the 55 Francisco Street and 80 Francisco Street Garages).

However, they don't do reservations. You simply create an account and show up. Is this legit? I don't want to show up cruise day and have full panic due to parking.
