Update now that kitchen is more done - before and after

I posted about the columns staying a while back. Well here's how it ended up. We're still putting everything back. Plumber comes tomorrow to get the faucet installed.

I see I'm supposed to ask a question but this is more of a followup. How bad do the columns look and do you think it will hurt me if I ever want to see the house?

Anyone else so bored with work after so many years

I'm 53. Been at the same kind of work for about 30 years. At this point I make too much, have a unicorn situation that anyone would love (work from home, set my own hours, bill 25 hours a week), I'm not interested in learning anything else, and I have a net worth of a couple million but too scared to pull the trigger and retire just yet (because I'm single, kid is still in school and I have a mortgage but otherwise debt free).

I am blessed beyond measure.

But I'm so freaking bored. I'm watching the clock entirely too much just to get through the day. Right now I have 30 minutes left to go and I'm on here instead of just finishing my day.

Anyone else in same situation?

One column or 2?

Thank you to everyone who replied to my earlier post. Here's where I am and I would love opinions. With the cabinets off that tiny structural wall, I hate it less. My options are one column there or 2 columns with me opening up the middle portion of that wall so it is see through, or 1/2 wall at the level of the countertops across the bottom of those 2 cabinets. I can move the refrigerator down the wall to by the door. The cabinets will be much narrower than the refrigerator so the island can come out further to the left. The island cannot touch both columns given its size (49 inches and in the middle of the kitchen). What would you do? I'm leaning toward moving the refrigerator. Moving the island to more of the middle of the kitchen. 2 columns. The island touching neither. I will have to see how much clearance we can get from the island to the columns and whether the island would still be big enough to make sense in a room this size. I just think 2 columns would look more balanced so that's my better option. I can also do an L shape island with countertops in front of the 2 columns and then the island coming across off of there. You can see the new flooring in the family room, the cabinets will be pearl white, and the countertops taj majal. Thanks!

Kitchen remodel - which option would you choose

So in the middle of the work already started, the contractor finally went up into the attic and the wall he thought he could remove, he now says he can't. So the little 4 foot wall with the cabinet on it has to stay or become a column. My vision of what I was going to have is gone - I've included 2 images of what I thought I would have - the big islandm better sight lines, more workspace. I hate the layout of the current kitchen. The floor is changing so the cabinets have to change. Option 1: Keep the layout, paint the cabinets, new countertops. Option 2: Do the island with the column. I appreciate any opinions. I am overwhelmed. It's the first thing I'm doing on my own since my husband left. It's all my decisions, it's my money, and I am scared of making terrible choices.

Switch to bloom nutes or keep using grow?

I'm about to go on vacation until next Sunday. I use AN/autopot. Using grow only so far. She's right on the edge. Would you switch tonight and use bloom? And getting a new higher tent today (as soon as amazon delivers) right before we go. Never had one this big before.

Newbie - Has this ever happened to you? Early photo flower

This is my second outdoor grow. We had a rough germination rate. These are the 2 survivors. One is Sherbanger, gotten as a freebie, when I placed my 1st autoflower order. The other is tiger autoflower tropicana cherries x jealousy. Neither said they were autoflowers, so I assume they are photos. But here they are flowering at about 7 weeks old. We expected them to go to the end of October. Has anyone had this happen to them? Any idea what is going on?
