Oxio had been perfect for me since I got it over 16 months ago… I’m not sure what happened but in the last 2 weeks it is constantly dropping. I have to unplug/replug/reboot it so many times now. Like every 2nd day minimum. It just stop working… the last 16 month I had it happen maybe once? So what is the sudden issue??? So frustrating! Especially when I’m doing school work.

Has anyone done both? I have heard precalc 12 is harder than the Math 0001 but am wondering how much harder and what additional things it might cover vs 0001?

Hi everyone, I finally got a vibration plate yesterday and I know they are supposed to be really good for lipedema, but with it all the shaking I am worried I will “anger” the lipedema with all the shaking and make it worse? I know running isn’t good for it so how come vibrating like this is? Maybe I need to do it with compression on so it’s not shaking so much? It kind of hurts my calf lipedema cuz the shaking/vibrating of the “fat”
