(For context I have only seen up to episode 55, although I always like seeing posts where people who haven't finished the show come up with theories on how things are going to go. I would appreciate no spoilers, thx!)

So there are four maidens, Fall (choice), Winter (creation), Spring (knowledge), and Summer (destruction) and 4 members of Team RWBY, and the more lore that is dropped about them is bringing me to believe that the powers of the four maidens are eventually going to make their way to the members of Team RWBY.

I think Weiss already is the Winter Maiden, she just hasn't realized it yet. This is backed up by how she summons a Grimm at the charity event in episode 46 and how she summons the knight at the end of episode 55. She also summons the knight two other times, but I brought up these two cases because she did those feats WITHOUT ANY ACCESS TO DUST. Her power also matches with the creation theme of winter. Her mother was likely the previous winter maiden, and Weiss inherited her powers when she died.

Ruby is eventually going to have to fight Cinder again and is going to kill her (possibly on accident, it's not very in character for her to actually kill someone. Although then again, this could fit into the realm of choice). The power of the fall maiden will then pass onto her.

Yang's character and powers already seem rather destruction and summer themed. I have no idea how they'll go about this, considering the summer maiden has only been mentioned a rare couple of times.

I currently don't know much about the spring maiden, although I think there's going to be more information revealed later in season 5 on her. It would make the most sense for Blake to receive her powers though, considering all the rest, I just don't have any theories on how that would supposedly occur.

I'm honestly probably way off the mark for this, as when I make theories it usually ends up as a sort of "congrats, you tried" kind of thing, but I think it'll probably be interesting for people who know what happens to read and laugh about lol. Also Qrow can definitely transform into a crow, and I'm not sure whether or not that means he's technically a faunus (which means therefore Yang would be part faunus by relation) because they just keep ignoring this plot point and it's starting to make me think that I'm actually going insane over the fixation I have on this show.
