i thought i overcame my nail biting addiction but i guess it came back again... i mean, i've been doing it since i was a child, so it's just habitual for me. one way i attempted to slowly cease my nail biting addiction was by only biting a few nails as opposed to all of them, which is why 2 of them are lengthy whereas the other 3 look short and icky... another annoying thing is that whenever i grow out my nails but they end up ripping or breaking, i just bite the rest off,,, then when they grow back a little i just go for it again out of habit... i wish i had the willpower to just stop biting my nails altogether but most of the time they're too good to resist (don't ask). 😭💯🥀 any helpful ways i can quit nail biting altogether? thanks! 🙏🏽✨
