When should I cancel?

I purchased my membership mid June of 2026, and I expect to stop going to Crunch by late September 2026. So I'm a bit unsure about when I should cancel. I cancelled last summer but I still had access to the gym for a while afterward... which was a waste because I was not able to continue going. But I don't really remember the exact details of that. I don't want the same thing to end up happening and then I waste money again. Any input is appreciate!

Does anybody else feel like they can't progress without "forcing" the progress?

I've been working out consistently for a couple years now. Training, diet, and sleep have been locked in the entire time. However, 2-3 years into my lifting journey, I hit a plateau. For most of my exercises, I was no longer progressing in terms of weight or reps. For example, I'd be doing 225 for 10 reps as my max and I would not be able to get past 10 reps for months. Or I'd be curling 40s for 9 reps as my max for months. You get the idea.

Eventually I became frustrated and I just added weight even though I wanted to reach a higher rep count as my max before going up in weight (for injury reduction purposes). But then I suddenly started seeing progress again after doing this. I went up by 10 lb (235 lb) on the bench and was getting 7-8 reps. But then a few weeks later, I'm at 9. Then more weeks later, I'm at 10. Then 11. But then I stall again, so I add more weight again, and then the same thing happens. I progress, then stall at a certain amount of reps. How? Why? Why am I seemingly unable to progress in reps after a certain point?

One would think that if you work out with the same weight for a long time, you'd probably eventually be able to do a ton of reps with that weight. Why has it not worked this way with me? Why do I have to "force" progress? This has been annoying me because my goal of "12 reps before increasing weight" is something I've been doing since I started working out because it felt best in terms of not hurting myself. Sometimes I'll force weight and it feels scary AF, and I do not like that at all. If I was able to consistently hit 12 reps before increasing weight, that feeling would be minimal.

How bad is it to combine gear with alcohol + weed?

People say to never combine these things and to choose one or the other, obviously because of the negative impact it can have on your health. But how bad is it really?

I drink maybe once every 2-3 weeks, but every single time, I drink until I throw up and pass out. I also smoke weed 24/7. Makes it easy to bulk. Currently on 600 mg test e weekly.

Front desk employee asked for my bank info?

This morning I went to my local Crunch and once I scanned in, an employee stopped me and asked me if I could provide her my bank info so that she could put it in her system. She said it's protocol/policy or something like that. My dad pays for my membership using his card, so I can't provide her banking info since I don't know my dad's info. I tell her this. She then asks me if I could have that prepared for the next time I come in because apparently they're going to keep stopping me for this? I tell her sure and she tells me that she's going to leave a note on my account for the next time I come in. Is this mandatory? Why do I have to provide banking info if I'm already paying using a card?

Should I transition?

I'm currently on 600 mg test weekly and my estrogen is through the roof. Fortunately, I'm able to let my estrogen get very high without any physical side effects. But I do experience mental side effects. I become a lot more affectionate, intimate, emotionally expressive, and loving towards my girlfriend. A few weeks after I started my cycle, she's been confused as to why I've suddenly changed in this way. In her words, "I'm not complaining, though." Should I estrogenmaxx and transition MTF to make my girlfriend even happier? Or maybe I should become a twink. Let me know.

Incline bench: touch chest or no?

I tore my rotator cuff back in September 2025 and so I removed incline bench from my routine due to discomfort and pain. I recently added it back into my routine and it feels fine for the most part, but I can only get the bar about 1-1.5 inches away from my chest before I start feeling discomfort. I wouldn't say there's necessarily pain, though. It just feels off.

I used to be able to touch my chest easily pre-injury but not anymore. I also used to do a wider grip but I don't do that anymore because of my shoulder, even though it made it easier to touch my chest. I also do flat bench where I am easily able to touch my chest. Just not with incline. Does it even matter?

Sam Sulek never touches his chest during incline bench but obviously I'm not Sam Sulek lol. But for context if it changes anything, I am on PEDs. Any input is greatly appreciated!

750 test vs 500 test + 300 mast

I'm about to start my third cycle and I need some advice. My first two cycles were both just 500 mg test. Second run of 500 mg was pretty underwhelming compared to the first even though my sleep, training, and diet were better, but that's to be expected. So I want to up the dosage for my third cycle. My goal is to put on as much tissue as possible, but I also love the look that masteron gives people. I believe 750 test would put on more tissue since masteron is apparently not as anabolic as test? But obviously 750 test would not give me the cosmetics that masteron could. Kind of stuck on what to choose. I'm also open to cycle suggestions, but I'd like to stay away from 19 nors. Any input is greatly appreciated
