Sensitive wet kitten food recommendations?!

Sensitive wet kitten food recommendations?!

(TL;DR: I promise he has already been to the vet several times.

my kitten has had recurring GI issues and a very sensitive tummy, switched to prescription Royal Canin GI kitten formula & antibiotic and he is doing very well on it. Looking for affordable —preferably much cheaper than $0.75 an ounce lol— and limited ingredient/protein wet food recommendations to switch him to once his medicine/prescription diet does its thing. He was on Fancy Feast Kitten Pate prior to the switch. He loves all textures and flavors)

Little backstory, my 5.5 month old kitten has gotten bacterial overgrowth 2x now in the last 2 months. Stool samples came back clean otherwise, both in regular testing and lab testing. He was originally put on proviable and it helped clear up the GI issues, so they ran it again this time. After 3 days of it not helping (6 days total with diarrhea), I took him back and they put him on a prescription diet of Royal Canin Gastrointestinal kitten for at least a week, as well as an antibiotic. He has finally had his first not liquid stool in a week after the second day of the diet change.

My vet recommended switching his kitten food once his GI issues settle down (probably another 1.5 weeks of the prescription diet). He was on Fancy Feast Kitten Pate prior to all of this.

With all of that being said, I am looking for an affordable wet kitten food to switch him to once his antibiotics and probiotics run its course. He is genuinely the least picky cat in the entire world, so proteins/flavors don't matter. I am concerned he may have an intolerance to a random protein, so preferably brands that have limited ingredients and proteins in them so I can monitor if he has any issues to specific proteins. Also would love a brand that also that has a variety of flavors and proteins to chose from if possible!

I have been considering trying weruva again, but their cans smell so terrible and I am not sure if they are good for sensitive/GI kittens.

Thank you so much 🥰

Look at this 13 pound piece I found at goodwill!

Would love help identifying it and tips to get it beautiful again! I think it is peach calcite, but not 100% sure. Its 7 inch x 7 inch x 4 inch, stays pretty cold, and is very dense for its size.

Also wondering what type of light would go in here for display. I have a disc light for a selenite lamp but it didn't fully light it up, only about half of it lit up with the disc light. Thank you so much!!

She isn't his step mother, she's the mother that stepped in :')

My 14 month old resident cat absolutely adores my (her) new 15 week kitten.

My camera roll is entirely made up of my cat cuddling her new baby brother.

Bonus picture of my dog with the little boy the day I brought him home 🥲

My 1 year old resident cat took to our (her) new baby well :')

My resident cat didn't have a cat friend for almost an entire year since I adopted her. Even playing with her for 10-15 minutes 3-5x a day, she was chronically bored and under stimulated. I looked for a companion for her for nearly 6 months before I found him online at a humane society.

I used the Jackson Galaxy method to introduce them! First 2 weeks, I was extremely unsure if my resident cat would take to him and I felt guilty for getting her a sibling she didn't ask for. As soon as his eye infection healed and I let them play together, they've been inseparable ever since. They play hard and cuddle harder.

I've never had cats that love each other and I've never been happier😭

My newest baby

Jk he's probably not a Turkish angora because he was adopted from a Humane Society! He's an all white domestic long hair with heterochromia! I think he's either partially or fully deaf 🥲 he is actually the sweetest little boy.
