Finally doing it. Feel the need to answer a few questions preemptively, so here's that first:

1. Do I carry all the knives? Naw, I rotate through them.

2. Do I carry all this stuff daily? Absolutely not! I'll carry anywhere from all of this stuff to 20% of this stuff.

3. Have I needed all of this stuff? Also, absolutely not. The handcuff key on the bracelet comes to mind.

4. Am I autistic?... Probably.

5. Has this ever gotten me laid? Only by my wife, and only out of pity.

Ordered these on sale for about 27 bucks a pop the other day, post got deleted because I attached a price and a link I'd imagine. A lotta folks were curious about what 'cosmetic blem' meant, so here's the followup.

-One floorplate is noticeably discolored.

-One follower seems noticeably discolored (also feels different... Gritty. Might have FTF issues there.)

-Various coating blems

-Roll marks look good

-Tolerances, welding all seem good.

I'd say 4/5 these match my one that came with the gun (which has run flawlessly), save some minor differences in coating. For 27 bucks each, I'm not... Mad. But the cosmetic blems are noticeable. Serious YMMV on these, but for the price (which I strongly want to emphasize) I think this was a score.

I didn't feel a need to post pictures of each mag individually, just because they aren't all that unique outside the one outlier floorplate and one outlier follower.

Will follow up with range testing if there's interest.

Plan on SBR'ing, A3 +10° mlok grip/rail, B&T stock. Any thoughts on optic? I'm thinking t2 clone on Scalarworks mount. But, I don't have t2 money. I don't even have Romeo 4T money. Runners up? Good features, and preferably slightly retro T2 vibes.

I placed an order for an AS Designs lower with a lot of accouterments on July 1st. (See attached media. G$ SSA-E, ARC Fire 45/90). Absolutely baffled to see it shipped today, July 9th. Order 70XXX. Seems they're all caught up.

So, this bad boy caught my eyes on Gundeals. About 1100~, which seems pretty killer for a Century. Curious if anyone has seen one in person, what folks know about the gray coating, and what folks think about the gray coating. Does it look dumb? Is it worth paying 200 more dollars (minimum) to get a black one? Are there any differences between this SKU and the usual AP5-P core besides the color? Since I've been on the market, should I nab this one?

And while we're at it, does anyone know anything about the compatibility of a Springer EDC magwell and Lok grips? Has it been done? Thinking about pairing one with a set of Lok Palmswell Ridgebacks. (Yes, I know Lok makes one. It's A. Always out of stock, B. Suboptimal for carry, and C. Just ugly to me)
