Is there a way to have "text boxes" within the copy/text column? So when you expand the item, you can see separate boxes with text I can populate? For captions on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
I am running a marathon in 3 days (I'll be traveling for it) and I will be 7 weeks on the day. I haven't been getting nauseous yet but I am so scared I will be on the morning of the race or the traveling during/after. I feel like the anxiety of feeling any symptoms is making me feel worse! I know symptoms can ramp up quickly
How do I stop caring about what my coworker is doing? I go through phases of “mind your business, stop comparing, focus on yourself” but every day it goes back to the bad thoughts!
I just started working with my friend on the same team. She suggested I apply for the job and I got it and it was good. We’re both managers, get paid the same, but she is never at work and is usually hiking/skiing/running when she says she has “an appointment” or “is hurt and needs to work from home.”
I KNOW ITS NONE OF MY BUSINESS. We’re super good friends and I have her on Find My. So when I need something from her (which is often bc we’re in the same department), I look her up and she’s in the woods or on the ski mountain.
At first, it was just to see if she would answer my Teams message if I needed. But now, it’s literally fuel for my hate.
And the kicker is that she is so loved by our boss and our team members (5 of them). No matter what she says, she gets a “heart” and I get a thumbs up. She’s worked there for a year now and I only 3 months but I’m getting so tired of her working 15 hours and me not.
I hate the “poor me” type shit I’ve been doing. I’m literally hating from behind the screen. I would never go to my boss or confront her about it. It’s literally a war in my own head. How do I make it stop?!
I have been cruising on 2.5mg for about 5.5 months on the three vials. I have about two dosages left, and I just put in my request for a refill.
In the refill online form, I said I used 2.5mg every time. However, what if I want to dose up in the future? Will the vials be the same or do they only give me three months worth of 2.5mg of weekly tirz?

I’m a 27 year old female, marathon runner, very active in need of help please. I’m on vacation and I tweaked my back earlier today and the pain is getting worse and so is my mobility. For context, I have extremely tight hips. I sometimes get back pain but with hip stretching it goes away.
-back pain started mildly during tennis while running ~5pm pain 5/10
-came home, stretched went to dinner. Noticed pain worse when I put all my weight on my left leg. pain 6/10
-walking around the house, pain got significantly worse, can’t bend, lift, twist, etc. 9pm pain 9/10
-lying in bed 10pm can’t move without excruciating pain. Shooting pain in left buttcheek/hip. 600mg ibuprofen. Pain 8.5/10 lying down.
I cannot move in bed. Please give me advice.

Title. Rented a car on vacation, got a little bit of damage to the back, did not opt in for AVIS insurance (did book with my AMEX, though). Am wondering if I should go through JPM or my credit card first for a claim?
I backed up into a fire hydrant on vacation and shattered the little tail light. I did not have insurance as I booked the rez with my employee discount (JPMorgan) because I thought insurance was automatic.
The card I have on file is AMEX gold, however, AVIS doesn’t charge you until after the rental. If I change my card to my chase sapphire (where rental car insurance is covered) would that work?
I’m worried they’ll ding me for $1k+ for a $20 part.
