Is it just me or are the cloud servers absolutely fucked rn

Hello all, so I've been asking people in the medical around what are some small inconveniences or problems they have that have to do with equipment or could be fixed with a theoretical physical product, something that a medical space would be interested in investing in. I figured, I should try asking around on reddit as well and maybe get some advice out if it too.

Ive been feeling like financially screwing myself over and I thought what better way to do that than buying a v12 xjs, but I do have a question. My end goal with this project would be a sporty classic looking gt that has a high pitched almost LFA esque tone, while being reliable (prolly wont be lol), so i was wondering if it would be better to swap the engine out or work on the engine itself. And if it helps, im looking to buy one post face-lift so 1992+. Also I do want to manual swap it and have upwards of 400hp, but let's be honest a lot of these goals probably wont be met, but it doesnt hurt to try
