Looking for a Run coach who can join me in co-founder capacity.

Hi there.

I am founder of Endorfin. I am building a superapp for running in India. Which is basically Run clubs, Events, Training, Tracking, Merch, Challenges everything related to running on one app. I already have about 2000 users. My website has 100k impressions in last 28 days.

I am working on my first cohort of users for training them to run, however I am a runner myself ( sub 90 3X hyrox, FM, Pro cam slam, Ironman) but I need someone who can actually coach. I have an AI that builds the plan but I want a co-founder who can work with me. So that we build 'Runna from India - But better' together.

Help me build from 1 to 10.

Perks of Being a procam slammer: Just saved 5000 in TMM 2027!

I think i am stuck in a loop now. I might go for another round of pro cam slam. Since i am already doing VDHM, TMM, TCSW10K again.

The only race i quite don't like is Kolkata :(

I will be training 5 people for Hyrox for free (No Catch)

I am a Hybrid Athlete myself (Full Marathons, 3X Hyrox, IronMan - Upcoming), been training consistently for almost a decade now. I am doing 100km Hell race in December and Mumbai Full Marathon in January, I don't know if i will be able to pull this off.

Hell Race will be my first Ultra. I need advice like on hydration, mobile charge, what to carry, food breaks etc?

Looking for Run clubs/groups for first ever Run Club Premier League

Hey! Endorfin is organising a Run Club vs Run Club challenge — the Run Club Premier League.

Concept is simple: each run club nominates a team of its 5 best runners to represent the club. Teams earn points on team diversity, total distance, and average pace. More points = better chance to win.

The challenge runs for 4 weeks, and you can shuffle your runners each week.

W1 – Qualifiers: 10 run clubs start

W2 – Quarter-finals: top 8 advance

W3 – Semi-finals: top 4 advance

W4 – Final: 2 clubs, 1 winner

Looking for a marketing cofounder (based in India)

Hi all,

I'm looking for a Marketing co-founder for Endorfin (https://www.endorfin.run).

Quick honesty upfront: this is equity-first, bootstrapped, with a small in-hand of around ₹20k/month — paid out of my own pocket from my day job. If you need a real salary right now, this isn't for you. No hard feelings.

About me: I'm a techie, currently CTO at a US-based startup, ~10 years of building. I'm also a serious runner — the kind who knows their splits, has done full marathons, and has been stuck in WhatsApp run clubs with 500 strangers seeing their phone number. Endorfin came from that frustration, not from a deck.

What I'm building:

A community + one-stop shop for runners in India. Run clubs you can actually discover. Races in one place. Profiles for runners and coaches. And on top of that — an AI run coach built on a real sports-science white paper, priced way below Runna or Strava.

The product is already live — Web, Android, iOS. About 50 users. Small, but real. Foundation is built. What's missing is distribution, narrative, and community heat.

I'm not married to the AI coach being our final wedge. I follow fail fast religiously — if something's not pulling, we pivot. I care about the problem, not my idea.

Who I'm looking for:

- A hustler above all else. Someone who ships campaigns the way I ship features — in days, not weeks.

- Ideas falling out of your head — bad ones, weird ones, all of them. We'll run 20 experiments, kill 18, double down on 2.

- Heavy social media instinct — Reels, hooks, captions, creator collabs. You don't need a fancy resume. You need taste and reps.

- Performance marketing comfort — Meta, Google, tracking, CAC/LTV. Or willing to learn fast.

- Bias for action. I want a shipper, not a strategist. Ideas without execution are noise.

- India context. This is an India-first product. WhatsApp behavior, Tier 1 vs 2, Insta-driven lifestyle decisions — you should get this.

- Bonus: you actually run. Even casually. Marketing a runner's product without being one is hard.

What you get:

Co-founder title (real, not cosmetic). Meaningful equity. Full ownership of marketing, brand, and content. A technical co-founder who won't ghost you on decisions and won't bottleneck you on product. Stipend grows as we hit revenue.

What I'll keep doing:

All product, engineering, infra. You bring demand, I'll keep supplying.
