Google Ads - How many headlines, descriptions, site links should you actually write?

Since your ads performance matter more than Ad Strength, do you just completely ignore it?

Writing 15 headlines sometimes can get messy especially if you're not pinning them. Is it better to just write five good headlines, or is it still better to force yourself to write 15 headlines and pin each of them in a different position?

The same question for descriptions and site links. You're probably leaning on a description and site link that will most likely convert. Do you just write those, or still follow Google Ads' recommended number?

Tasked with fixing 2 google ads campaign - am I doing this right?

Hi, I was tasked of "fixing" two google ads campaign for local B2B services. One was for tree services and one is for septic tank install.

The account owner before was using broad matches and wasting the small $40 daily budget on potential low quality leads. Can anyone tell me if what Im doing is right:

  • Verified conversion tracking - only website lead form submit for this one, as phone calls cannot be tracked in my country
  • Turned off Search and Display Network
  • Turned off AI Max
  • Optimise keywords - checked searched term report on whats working and checked keyword planner as well. Only used exact matches and a few phrase matches
  • Optimise ad copies to ensure every ad clicks come with the right intent
  • Remained on Maximise Conversions - recorded about 3 conversions per month
  • Not US/UK based

Can anyone confirm if Im doing this correctly? Thank you.

What happened with Wednesday Downtown 2026.06.30?

This was the episode where they did the Onigoe Tomahawk prank part 2. I swear it was subbed before, but now I couldn't find it anywhere.

As a Google Ads Marketer, can you say you have done all you can when you're getting all relevant search terms clicks even if they are not converting?

Broad, Phrase, or Exact Match?

Hi, I'm a digital marketing specialist intern, and I'm trying to learn as much as I can about Google Ads. I've done a lot of research, taken some courses, and watched plenty of YouTube videos, but I'm still unclear about what to use in different situations.

Our company generally handles local businesses, and a lot of them have very small daily budgets (not in the US).

Initially, I tried going with phrase match. One client benefited from it, although they had a moderate budget. Another client did not, and what's worse is that a lot of the search terms are being hidden under "Other Search Terms" in the Search Terms Report.

From my limited experience, broad match seems to include competitor brands in the search terms more often, while phrase match doesn't seem to do that as much. I've generally been using phrase match for keywords such as "tree trimming service," but I rarely use broad match or exact match.

I've noticed, though, that I can sometimes get more clicks with broad match because of the lower CPC, but I'm not sure if it's actually worth it.

Google Ads seems to change every year, and it's honestly confusing trying to figure out which advice is still relevant.

Does anyone have some general rules or guidelines for when to use Broad, Phrase, and Exact Match?

For example:
- New accounts vs. older accounts
- With or without conversion data
- Low vs. moderate budgets
- Smart Bidding vs. Manual CPC

I'd really appreciate hearing how more experienced Google Ads marketers approach this today.

Bloody Game X has been underperforming compared to previous seasons

Is it just me? I think the handover to Jeon Chae-young as PD and Director really damaged the brand.

I feel like if this season didn't have a well-known cast, it's bound to fail one way or another.

  • Too much luck is involved during games.
  • No fresh ideas except it was disguised as a "team game"
  • Outdoors, revival matches, heist, ghost casino all didn't present anything new and quickly got boring

In my opinion, if they wanted to make it an individual match, they should've given each player an opportunity to survive on the same physical and mental condition. A lot of filler players remains because of luck. Especially those who are saying "Let's team up and let A player fight with B player on the deathmatch so we can have a chance to win". I don't think a single soul would want unskilled players to win because they are lucky and playing cowardly.

Furthermore, I think JDM playing on the last season might have raised the bar too high. Most of the main matches last season, if not all, were all dopamine inducing because of how good JDM was playing. There were also a lot of twists and hype moments that got everyone hooked in.

This season there's some good and exciting plays here and there, but it feels lackluster compared to before. Especially now that a lot of bad players remain, things will quickly plummet. Even the one thing that makes this season shine, the comedic banter between two certain contestants, is now gone.

I bet this is probably the end of Bloody Game franchise. I hope we can get more survival games from JJY (TG, TDP, etc.), Hyun Jung-wan (Original BG series PD), Time Hotel PD.

Now I'm just waiting for TDP 3 and I hope it can be the best season of the series.

My driving exam is tomorrow and I just found out that I need to bring my own car

I'm stupid and I didn't realize until now when I carefully read through the appointment paper. I have my own car, but I couldn't legally drive it without a supervisor. I can also just drive to vtnz tomorrow but I'm afraid they might ask who am I with.

Should I just try to reschedule and prepare first, even though it will cost me 60 bucks? I was just too busy this week to even think about my driving exam.
