It's going to be one of those days.

Forgot to eat dinner last night, I have a bad habit of that sometimes. Usually when I miss a meal, I'm okay till the next meal. But I only got 3 hours of sleep last night, and I woke up completely soaked in sweat from shoulders to toes. I've been feeling extremely dehydrated, dizzy, seeing white spots and flashes. I'm currently taking steady drinks of a nice cold electrolyte enhanced sugar-free Gatorade. My assistant is grabbing me breakfast from Hardee's as we speak. Really hoping this passes by after I get some food in me and hydrate a little more. Wish me luck.

I put a ring on it.

I decided after 107 hours spent with her that I was just going to put a ring on it. But it couldn't just be any old ring, I had to do the grand gesture type of proposal.

So close!

When you stumble across a forgotten death beacon and realize you drowned less than 2 ft from the surface of the water.. on the plus side, I really needed that single food brick and bottle of water I left behind! 😅

Kind of got stuck at the alien ruins, so I guess I'll be living here for a while.

Nothing too special, just basic amenities. Adding more. Has a nice little cozy touch to it for an on the go fixer upper base that I didn't even know I was going to be living out of for a while! I have to admit, I love the new lighting blueprint I picked up! Gives it a very warm feeling. ☺️

First encounter with the collector.

I didn't even know he was near me until I heard the music, thankfully I was very close to a rock pillar with an overhead hanging wall. He got this close to me like five different times before he got frustrated and just dipped out. He was still able to reach out and smack the crap out of my tadpole knocking me down to like 16 health. I definitely don't want to tangle with him again! 😅

I have had this tadpole since the day I created it, it's never been crushed or destroyed or taken out of commission. I refuse to leave it behind!

Found myself in quite the unfortunate situation, of my own making of course. This is what I get for not being properly prepared and playing my own music over the game. Just got to the alien ruins for the first time, I made several mistakes. I loaded my Stingray chassis up with everything I would need, I even prepped a few extra meals in water bottles in my backpack. I didn't realize because I missed the repeated running out of air warnings that I was about to drown, so I opened my inventory to switch air tanks. Forgot to switch tanks beforehand, so my spare was empty. Didn't make it back to my dad pulling time, spawned all the way back at my life pod. It's Central to like 3 or 4 different vases, so that's my base respawn. Only then did I find out after swimming 1200 meters back to the alien ruins to retrieve my tadpole, that I realized I had left my entire Stingray chassis at the tadpole pens.. With all my food and water. The swim back was just fine, but unfortunately my tadpole met it's demise for the first time. Thankfully I manually saved right before starting the Journey. But now I'm stuck in the unfortunate rock and a hard place situation where my tadpole itself is too slow to make the crossing, but I can't get my Stingray chassis to my tadpole to make the crossing faster. I'm afraid I might have to resort to building a second tadpole now. 30 plus hours and I've been so proud of having only one tad pulled the entire time. I will still have that tadpole after I reload, but I have to admit my defeat. 😭

I think my biobed is broken..

I thought we were supposed to be reprinted, not fabricated? The damn thing can't craft a wavemaker, but it can sure fabricate a whole ass person. (Lifepod) 😆

Edit: I am not standing next to the fabricator, I made myself drown on purpose to respawn, and I respawned standing on top of the fabricator.

New player to the game. I can't believe how beautiful this game is!

This is one of the most beautifully crafted games I've ever had the pleasure of playing! The character designs, the world they put you in, the colorful beauty of it all! The manner looked fantastic! And don't get me started about the underwater scenery you get to run around in! Crazy insane! Also, I found a Gustav handcrafted resin/hardwood lamp with 3D printed interiors. It's amazing!

I thought this was pretty neat.

The solar panels actually rotate throughout the entire day to follow the Sun. In the first picture the sun was just coming up, and they were facing away from it. The moment it said power on and the sun peaked out, they both turned around to face the Sun. I've been monitoring them, they change position throughout the whole day. I just love that little bit of realism.

When you spent hours underground and you finally get to step out into the Sun after a wonderful Adventure.

Don't just love that feeling of completing a really long Quest that you haven't seen the Sun in so long you forget how beautiful it looks when you step out of the cave! This particular Quest involved the wild Hunt, so of course it took a while and there were some challenges that inevitably extended my time underground. Which just made seeing this all that much more beautiful at the end.

I was paralyzed 7 years ago today. I broke my c3 and c4 vertebrae. I haven't been able to play video games, or do anything in life ever since. I play mobile phone games, I have a 16-in carbon fiber mesh tip stylus that I hold between my teeth and use to play anything from call of duty to Hitman. I've been using G-Force now recently. I'm now able to play PC and console games again for the first time in 7 years. Next generation games that would never be available on mobile phones. I found The Witcher 3: The wild Hunt Complete Edition for $10 today on steam. I instantly bought it. This was my favorite game when I broke my neck. I had been playing it since its release. I had over 320 hours in this game. This moment for me is so nostalgic and amazing it literally brought me tears! With the new 4.0 update it is even easier for me to have access to this game with more ease. I may not be able to use signs, but everything else is fair game. I just wanted to share how much I love this game, and how much it means to me to have it back when I never thought I would be able to play it again. I play with the digital overlay controller, so pardon any future videos that look a little cluttered! I'm excited to post some videos soon! I'll keep posting some of these beautiful pictures in the meantime.
