Advice on what to get

Okay so I'm working about 3 hours away from my house that I don't want to sell. I found an empty lot a block from work thar is $11k. I can get gas, electric, and water hook up. I am wondering abiut a tiny home already to be dropped don a lot that I could live in. I checked a few sites and so many end up being a run around of "oh no this will be released in 2028" "this isn't in your state" "it's actually 4 times the advertised price". What's a ready thing I can buy today to live in for 4 nights a week far from my regular home. It does not need to be big at all. A studio is fine. If it's on wheels and I can move it later that's good too.

Man this was really good

I started this 3 years ago nearly when it came out and only watched a few minutes of the first episode. Tried again last year and didn't get into it after the first few minutes as well.

Finally sat down and watched the whole thing and it was amazing. Why this isn't more popular is beyond me. It was up there with Lain and that was an amazing anime.

Why is background play suddenly now working?

Are others having this issue? Im on a Samsung and I check and my Premium account is still on but everytime I close the screen the video stops. Happening to anyone else?

Edit: Mine works now. I forced stopped another music app. Maybe they were interacting with each other with issues from some new update. The force stop fixed the issue.

Edit 2: Most are saying just rebooting will fix the issue.

Games that are impossible to do hitless

So I was watching a Zelda Majora Mask video and someone said a boss command grab was literally unavoidable and the hitless runs ended here. But actually there are hitless ZMM runs out there confirmed.

It got me wondering if there are games that are literally impossible to do hitless. No hard to do but literally no mechanism is avaliable to prevent every hit. I have never seen a game that could not be hitless and I wondered if one was know.

I know this is a speed run community but there wasn't a better place I found to ask this.

Cash for Clunkers

Every once in a while I remember that almost 700k cars had there engines force seized with silicates at dealerships and hauled off to a junk yard to try and pull us back from total economic collapse. I know it's not the worst waste on this scale but it still makes me sad sometimes. They actually thought at the time that replacing 700k cars would be of environmental benifit.

Why didn't AI companies just pay for the training for art?

Like they could have gone to most artists in 2017 and just asked for their art. They could have paid them 30 cents for each image and got millions of drawings added in with full legality and morality. Were these companies stupid? It would have stopped the inbreeding issue as well as AI wouldn't end up training off of AI made art. I think this is going to bite them in the ass forever now and they kind of have it coming.

Same with books and music. You could have got authors and publishers to have that shit over for next to nothing before the uses of AI was really know. The law suits on some of this stolen training data is gonna be huge now.

I used to think SC folks were funny

I used to think it was kind of silly and had pity for them. Now I actually hate them and want them suffering. I had a family member that used another family member to take out loans for them. Then the made this whole thing about how the bank never got a wet ink signature so it wasn't even a real loan and they didn't need to pay it. I knew what SCs were long before this event but never looked deeply into it. The SC family member kind of realized years later that the wet ink thing was BS but by then it was kind of too late and shit was kind of ruined.

What is the pay issue?

So something changed I guess from the bits of info showing up here. I am not on a HAI project right now so I am unsure what's up.

I see just poats of people saying they got robbed or cheated but no real explanation. Did they change the timer in some way here? Are things just paying out later than they used to?

Without a screaming accusation coated rant would someone explain this just so I know.
