The person in the photos name is Mirza Amu Ghaffari a member of a kashani noble family not much is known about him theres only two photos of him

he was a persian gendarmerie officer the photo was taken between 1912-1921 thats all I know (the persian gendarmerie was based on the swedish army so that could help)

troops on the right are seen with waffenrock like uniforms and short fur hats presumably newer uniforms the soldiers in the middle with bearskins are presumably grenadiers or just units with older uniforms and then you can see a military band
