Be weary of buying items from local sellers with no rating or poor ratings. I found a Shed that was a little bit cheaper than the rest and paid $380 for it. Didn't realize that the seller is new with no ratings. Seller created a UPS label from Amazon and shipped nothing in the package. (I confirmed it was an UPS Shipping Label from Amazon by calling UPS).

The package never arrived at my house and it takes Temu over a week to investigate after reporting missing package. So I am out $380 for at least two weeks.

Wanted to say Dyson Warranty was a good experience. I picked up a Dyson V15 from Amazon Return Bin Reseller a week ago. It looked like new came with V15 body, filter, battery, long wand, and vacuum head for $20. The store owner said it was broken and sold it to me for $20 bucks as is.

Went to register the warranty online and it had ~2 year warranty remaining. Called up warranty support, connected with a tech agent, and did some troubleshooting over the phone with camera on.

After 10 minutes of troubleshooting, they determined the battery was bad, and mailed me a new one free of charge.

Works great now!
