How to proceed?
Been using MF since June 8 and during the check in, it asked me to drop down to 1750 cals. I feel like this is a bit too low for me imo. Should I follow it or continue eating at 1801? Goal weight is 183lbs

Comedy show @ the danforth music hall!
Hey all — looking to grab a pair of Loop earplugs but can’t figure out which model fits my situation.
I need something that works for sleep, I’m a side sleeper (so comfort matters) but also for concerts and clubs where want protection without killing the sound quality.
Is there one pair that handles both reasonably well or do most people end up buying two? Open to any recommendations or personal experience!
Hey r/MacroFactor,
Looking for others who’ve used the app in less than ideal circumstances.
Background:
28M, dealing with chronic neck pain for the past year which forced me to stop playing soccer and restricted my gym access for several months. Gained about 20lbs during that period and I’m ready to start working on losing it now that things are more stable.
Current situation:
Back in the gym 3x per week doing a physio-guided program — floor press, cable rows, lunges, goblet squats. Weights are conservative because my physio controls my progression given my condition. Also doing regular walking and some physio exercises on rest days.
My questions:
1. Has anyone used MacroFactor successfully with a chronic condition or limited training capacity?
2. Is the app worth it at a modest 2-3x per week gym frequency or is it better suited to more serious lifters?
Thanks in advance 🙏
