Did I hallucinate them saying they were going to announce a San Francisco date right before the days announcement stuff?

Did I switch timelines? I can't find it anywhere! It was like a card image with some cities that said coming soon or similar.

Black on black travelers seal shirt bleach dye! Just showing off to people who might care

My husband bought me an eBay find that was someone's size small black on black travelers seal shirt they'd used as a painting shirt, to use as a patch on my latest battle hoodie. The listing photo (photo 2) was clearly taken with a flash because in person, the design was almost impossible to see. Cool for a shirt, less cool for a patch. It was only $10 so I wasn't worried about fucking it up so I experimented with a spray bottle with diluted bleach and BAM! reveal design. I'm loving how it came out.

So if anyone needs to know, bleach dye generally won't mess with your standard screen print but will bleach the shirt!

I come to you with a Goth\alt swim top that's masc\andogynous leaning from forest ink (up to 5x! I'm not affiliated just want to share)

I'm definitely femme in my swim choices so this is not for me but I wanted to share it with people who might love it, how cool is this swim top from forest ink?

https://forestinkclothing.com/collections/rogue/products/reaper-bikini-top

It's a moto vest, but a swim top, that doesn't put the girls on display and is cut for sun protection and modesty! But still edgy! I very much like my girls on display so I'm not buying it, but I have other swim from this brand and it's pretty high quality and their plus sizes aren't ridiculously undersized (check the size chart though).

If you're a masc alt baddie who's got summer plans at the beach, this is for you!

Obligatory last song snaps from the SF show

They killed it. Loved the humbling river arrangement. I hope the remix album leans goth edm because I feel like that's a vibe I need in 2026 and I'm not even into edm.

tl:dr tried a new product that has retinol and I didn't know it before using, now have questions*

I've never been really into a big skincare routine, I have skin that leans dry, with mild rosacea (appears as flush\capillaries, not thickened skin or anything) and some melasma\dark spots at 40, a few fine lines. I don't wear makeup regularly and never have, and never really had much acne, etc, even in my teens, more dryness and redness.

I love this independent skincare company Chikyu, I use a lot of their products and they're great for my skin. I've seen a lot of improvement and overall evening out of my dryness and redness. Happy to share my "routine" with their products in comments if that's helpful for anyone in answering my questions.

With my last order I requested some samples of products for "mature skin" because at 40, I figured why not. I don't have huge concerns but preventing fine lines etc gently sounds like a good idea?

Here's the question I got a sample of this product and used it last night https://chikyuskincare.com/product/refine-overnight-serum/ and it was tingly, so I checked the ingredients and it has retinol in it. I read the wiki here before I did this and had vaguely decided not to use those because I sugar my face regularly for hair removal and thought those don't go together. I did follow this product with their glow serum which is my regular moisturizer and I love. The tingling faded pretty quick and I was a little worried I'd wake up with flaky skin. BUT! I woke up this morning and my skin feels awesome? Also in the wiki it says not to use retinol with AHA but I think this product also has that in it? If I'm reading ingredients right? I use their glycolic acid cleanser like once every 10 days or so the day before I do sugaring, using it more often makes me dry. If I want to keep using this new product should I stop using the cleanser? Is this one use just a morning after effect and it's probably too harsh for my skin?

Obviously no one can tell me for certain I just don't have anyone in my life knowledgeable about skincare so asking the Internet.

Tagging this "help" is a little dramatic lol. I've got two sunburst aloes in my front yard, I planted both of them like 5-7 years ago? Maybe planted them a year apart? I don't know. I'm not especially fussy about my yard. I'm in Santa Rosa CA which I think is zone 9. Anyway these guys have been absolute champs in all the weather we get, generally a mild climate but they've handled some cold snaps with a hard freeze, temps of 110, dumping rain, etc. They've never looked worse for wear. This year both of them - and they're both like 10x the size they were when I planted them - have like a dead\bare spot in the middle? The plant is still super happy but the center doesn't have any leaves. When these get big do they kind of turn into donuts? There are branches in there but the leaves are kind of doing a halo thing?

I stuck a sculpture in the one that's closest to the sidewalk kind of for style so the dog walkers wouldn't judge me. Should I consider.... Dividing them? If I were to do that how would I do that? I really don't like to mess with plants that much, I've figured out what works with my gardening style (benign neglect, maintaining a little chaos and a lot of habitat for creatures, no irrigation) but if I could turn these 2 guys into like 4 or 6 guys I might be willing to dip a toe into being a little more hands on ...

Advice?
