Hi everyone! I’m having an issue with my Nintendo Account. I forgot my password, and when I try to reset it, I don’t receive the password reset email at the Gmail address linked to my account.
I’ve checked my Spam, Trash, All Mail, Gmail filters, and blocked addresses, and there’s nothing there that could be blocking Nintendo’s emails.
I already contacted Nintendo Support. The support agent asked me to confirm my email address and said they would send the password reset email again. However, even after they sent it again, I still didn’t receive anything.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue where Nintendo password reset emails simply don’t arrive? Were you able to fix it somehow?

Всем привет! Столкнулся с проблемой с Nintendo Account. Я нахожусь в РФ и забыл пароль от аккаунта. При попытке восстановить пароль письмо для сброса пароля не приходит на привязанную почту Gmail. Проверил «Спам», «Корзину», «Всю почту», фильтры и заблокированные адреса — ничего, что могло бы блокировать письма от Nintendo, нет. Я уже обращался в поддержку Nintendo. Оператор попросил меня подтвердить почту и сказал, что повторно отправил письмо для восстановления. Но даже после этого письмо так и не появилось на моей почте. Может ли это быть связано с тем, что я нахожусь в России? У кого-нибудь из РФ была похожая проблема, когда письма от Nintendo для сброса пароля вообще не приходили? Как удалось решить?

В последнее время потерял желание подолгу проходить одну игру, как будто ничего не затягивает хотя игры то нормальные. Вот недавно рдр 2 начал проходить и dmc 5 а желания в них играть спустя время нет. Раньше было по другому, год назад купил себе пс 5 и так радовался, много игр прошел, а теперь не могу найти сил долго сидеть в одной игре. Попробовал игру, поиграл чуть чуть и вышел. Вот так у меня происходит
