Removing the rear trunnion, what could go wrong?

Found some accessories for my 1979 underfolder. Picked up a first type Polish sling dated 1965, a Polish drop case, Polish mag pouch with mags, and a Polish bayonet. It just didn't feel complete without the accouterments.
Eastern Virginia, USA
It's a simple life.
Seems like I was taking out aircraft fairly regularly with canister rounds. Edit: my other round was AP
Found this by happenstance through a local estate sale shop a couple weeks ago. All matching Atlantic Firearms Polish AKMS parts kit build (I believe it's their VAF-47 from some years ago) with a Morrissey Receiver, US chrome lined barrel, and other 922r parts. Finish is immaculate paint over park. It appears brand new and unfired. Price tag was 950. Mag is my own Polish polymer, and I already ordered a Polish leather tabbed 1965 dated sling and Polish drop case. I always wanted an underfolder, and with the impending VA ban, I think I lucked out.
They won't ship any magazines, even fixed floor plate magazines. I specifically asked about 8 round Wilson combat magazines, fixed floor plate Colt magazines, and 10 round 10/22 magazines.
Submitted a Form 1 at 8:19 PM the 18th, approved at 7:20 AM this morning.
Quickest I've ever had one.
Les Baer Gunsite. Les Baer slide came back today. Had a new extractor fitted/blended and the slide reblued. They also replaced the firing pin stop. Other work includes the magwell installed by Les Baer and gold bead front sight by nighthawk. Added Hogue Pau Ferro grips and Kings gun works stainless grip screws. I think the only thing I might do is keep my eye out for a nice pair of double diamonds from High Figure Grips if a set ever speaks to me. Very satisfied with this.
Looking for options besides DOA (nothing against them, usually my go to, just looking for options) in Virginia Beach to do an AR rebarreling. I'm currently recovering from surgery so I'm not mobile enough to do stuff on my own. Appreciate it.
Also, if anyone knows of any NFA engravers locally besides the two Yorktown and Moyock. I usually do tarheel state for magwell engraving.
This was my Baer when I got it. Shot great, but failed the 10-8 test.
Emailed Les about it, he said it's ok, not to worry.
I felt like an extractor on something as pricy as this should not move at all.
I emailed the great Bob Reeves at Nighthawk, and he concured. He believed the extractor could be saved so off it went. When it came back, I went to run the 10-8 again. Multiple failures and by the end, the extractor movement came back. The fix did not hold.
Emailed Mr. Reeves again, and he stated that if I could send it back, they would replace it. Off it went, email came by showing that their extractors were too short to be flush with the slide.
I sent off a spare, new in package Baer extractor, and a new Wilson extractor just in case the Baer didn't work out.
To my surprise, the good people at Nighthawk fitted both. They fitted them as close as the could while avoiding having to refinish.
Between the time of sending off the extractors and the pistol coming back, I was injured at work (torn ACL, MCL, meniscus, and a fractured femur). I have not had time to test them as I'm still pretty much in bed all day post surgery, but I have no doubt they will work.
That being said, the Wilson that was fitted has some slight up and down movement, and when the Firing pin stop is removed, it slides around a bit in the channel. The Baer extractor it tighter in the channel, but has some every so slight side to side movement if I press on the end of the extractor by the firing pin stop. It's very minute.
I feel as if the extractor channel on the Baer is slightly out of spec.
Feel free to tell me I'm worrying too much, as I probably am, but a part of me thinks that any movement is too much, especially since my cheaper 1911s have none.
If I decide I can't live with it, are there any smiths out there that could fit a new extractor (probably another baer since the seem to be oversized)blend it, ensure there is no movement, and then Reblue as well?
I would go back to Nighthawk, but they don't offer bluing (although I have a 1911 that had nitride done by them, which is nice), and I'm sure Bob is tired of me and this extractor. I do really appreciate them though as they went above and beyond in helping.
Les Baer offers bluing, but I'm not sure if I would want to send it back. They have been super helpful before, however.
Appreciate y'all's time.
Good day all. In the past when I have done form 1s, it was always one at a time. In mid March, I put in 4 form 1s in one night. 3 SBRs, 1 SBS. After 42 days, on April 27th, the SBS was approved, which was the third one of the night i put in. As of this writing, nothing else. For that that out in multiple form 1s, is it normal to receive the forms back at different times?
Thank you.
