È da oggi dall'ora di pranzo che sia sull'app che sul sito mi viene il pup op di 1 messaggio ma il messaggio non compare [ho venduto un articolo ed oggi e arrivato al punto di ritiro dell'acquirente, non mi mostra la chat in alto come quando di solito arriva un pacco e la chat risalta]

Potrebbe essere un bug? Che posso fare?
