We are Zemore Indie Consulting LLC, a US-based company with team members from the US and PH focused on marketing for different indie game developers and helping them reach success with their game in all stages of development. Role: Junior PR Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Create press releases and media alerts for when a milestone for a client is coming up.
• Schedule press releases and media alerts on GamesPress and MailJet respectively.
• Conduct personalized email outreach to various press outlets and content creators.
• Secure press and content creator coverage for clients and in-house games.
• Research, expand, and maintain press and content creator lists specific to various video game genres as per our clients’ needs. 
• Create bi-weekly coverage reports.

Who We're Looking For:

• Someone with ambitions to work in the video game industry and build a career in it. We are not looking for just another VA, we are looking for a full-time member of the team who has the drive to rise up in the industry with us.
• Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
• Be a gamer, preferably someone who has experience with games of different genres, especially indie titles.
• Experience managing press releases and emails is not required, but is a plus.
• Experience in writing, whether technical or creative is a must.
• Up-to-date with the video game industry. New releases, events, trends, controversies, etc.
• Understanding of the indie game industry and game development ecosystem.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers and building authentic relationships.
• Self-motivated and able to consistently secure coverage for clients,
• Interested in the company's mission and motivated to grow alongside it. 
• Can join co-working calls on Discord everyday and weekly meetings with the rest of the team.

Other Job Details:

• Long-term, full-time position with potential for promotions and growth.
• 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week position. Working hours are from 9 AM - 5 PM PHT from Monday to Friday. Overtime and working on weekends are always welcome and is at your own discretion and approval of your supervisor. Weekend shifts could happen, but will always be planned well in advance and only around critical and urgent company work. Your first month will purely be for onboarding and training. 
• Joining the co-working call everyday is a must since it optimizes workflow and gives us the ability to help each other out. This will also allow you to stay updated with what’s happening regarding our clients.
• Monthly salary with potential for an increase based on performance. This will be discussed over the interview.

Role: Lead Generation and Community Growth Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Manage Zemore's social media presence across X, Reddit, LinkedIn, BlueSky, Facebook, Instagram, Discord, and other relevant platforms.

- Create and publish engaging daily content that attracts indie game developers and studios.

- Actively participate in Discord servers, Reddit communities, and other online spaces to build relationships with developers without spamming or hard selling.

- Identify developers who could benefit from Zemore's services and initiate conversations that generate qualified leads.

- Monitor industry conversations, game launches, game jams, Steam festivals, and developer events to discover new outreach opportunities and to add events to Zemore's in-house event Discord bot.

- Track outreach efforts, lead generation metrics, and community engagement performance.

- Experiment with new growth strategies and continuously optimize content and outreach based on results.

Who We're Looking For:

- Experience in graphic design and video editing is preferred.

- Previous experience in B2B lead generation, community management, or outbound marketing is highly preferred.
