My wife and I I are traveling north from Florida to Eastern Ontario. We see that the is two separate places to go . Sadly we are physically limited and on a time schedule . Can I get both the passport stamps at one or both of these sites . Thank you
As with the majority of people my initial was denied due to vocational reasons . My neurologist filled this form out and my lawyer is supposed to be sending in with my reconsideration. Some back ground : multi level back injury both lumbar and thoracic with MRI and EMG along with 1.75 years of conservative treatment so far.; I’m an occupational therapist my profession and have worked 25 years thankfully never any previous back issue or injury . My question is will this form help much in reconsideration or is reconsideration mostly just for them to automatically deny, and lastly will I need to have the neurologist filled this out numerous times or just once ? Thank you
I’m so happy most everything else I have is doing well but patience finally won. Smells great and I may freeze dry some of it
update OH MY GOODNESS IT IS HEAVENLY! CORE AND ALL TENDER AND SWEET***
I applied on October 15. 2025 injury at work
October 14, 2024. I've been at step three since December 2025 and today just move to step FOUR!
I'm 51 years old I'm an occupational therapist in a skilled nursing home and my application is based solely on the workers comp doctor information that I've been dealing with miserably since date of injury. I feel that things are culminating and I'm anxious. I haven't worked since December 30 2025. My stomach is in knots and I know this could last a lot longer potentially. Just on my mind heavily tonight.
Update less than 24 hours … DENIED. The waiting game starts again!
I was just lucky enough to find these on F marketplace for FREE as I start to brew . There are about 150 bottles half 16 ounce and half 1 liter. Plus extra gaskets and flip tops if I need them. I’m excited to use these and safe money. I am going to go to a group with people who’ve done this a long time just for some socialization so I’ll pay it forward I really am only going to keep maybe 20 of them… spread the luck!
I must say since I’ve hired an attorney things have gotten slower . For the first year I didn’t use an attorney when I submitted mileage I was paid within two weeks . Now 5 months later still no mileage check! They surely like to play the F F game . Thankfully I can play too I’m happy to keep medical open till I die . Financially I was getting ready to retire so happy to play. I also think since they’re self insured they have to show a certain amount in their accounts to cover my case . I have a back injury so I’m happy to tie up whatever money I can for them. Come on I just want to be treated like a human… not like a patient in the USA, but a patient in a country where they care about their citizens ! Ok done with my rant …. Now you know the rest of the story …. Good Day!
Pretty sure this is looking great, but my first time. A friend gave me two Pellicles and a couple cups of starter and I brewed and sugared. It’s been 4 days with temps from 72-77 over a 34 hour period . Let me know good /bad/ suggestions thank you
I assume these would work for F2? Thank you for any advice just planning on my gear set up .
This was from the week my mother passed… about one month from my father’s passing and 6 months before my grandmother. We all get there adult orphans !
Comp approved an appointment for someone who I felt may provide some relief with a specific treatment . They then cancelled two days before the scheduled appointment date and stated I am getting a pending IME. Are they allowed to say this( probably a dumb question because they seem to do everything they want ). Thank you for any input .
SW Florida gentle evening sweep of clouds to the sunset !
Just bought a new Kia Carnival SX Prestige with the VIP Seats . You would think “ hey a minivan has a ton of room”. My wife has a disability which make these back seats perfect to travel; however with her scooter, and other gear the back is filled. I have a Yakima GrandTour 18 with Yakima jetstream and timberline towers . My question is do people have any tips to make sure this is reasonably quiet and how to properly load the weight . I appreciate any positive or negative challenges that I may incur or that may change my mind to a hitch rack or something else . Thank you
I took this photo , on the Same walk as my Great Blue , but this little one also let me get so close : such a gift and so cathartic!
Took this myself ; Walking today in a park in Southwest Florida was only approx 9 feet away watching the hunt in a pond .
So multiple disc issues with radiculopathy from both lumbar and thoracic verified by MRI(x5) and EMG. I’m the last two days I’ve had two different specialist state two approaches for each area , SCS ( for lumbar ) and ablations ( thoracic) , which were both put in notes. My question is obviously through the lifetime these will both cost the insurer ( company is self insured ProMedica) significant money. I have applied for SSDI ( 51 years old and an Occupational therapist unable to work) . Is the company required to do a MSA which would be quite large , or would they most likely just keep me in their system and pay for what I need for my lifetime ? Thank you ( I am taking multiple meds for this , have zero medical history prior to with evidence of two physicals within the two months prior to injury ). Thank you for any advice . My biggest saving grace is that I financially don’t have to settle because I was planning to retire young so o prepared.
