Pinky and ring finger weak and “dumb” but not tingling. Terrified of something worse than CT

Have health anxiety and I am so scared so go easy on me. My ring and index finger feel weak and uncoordinated I’m doing most things with out failure but my fingers are not keeping up. I mentioned this last week to a doctor (rheumatologist for a separate reason) and he tested my grip said it was fine. Since then it’s gotten worse. I have had two full body emgs for als symptoms and fears in the past and feel ridiculous asking for a 3rd but at this point I’m unsure what to do. I know two fingers can be cubical tunnel but I have no tingling or numbness just heavy weak and uncoordinated feeling. Like my fingers get in the way of each other .

Pinky finger stuff and weak? Please tell me it’s not a sign

Please tell me that a weak , slow, sluggish pinky finger isn’t a sign of anything bad. It’s like my right pinky can’t keep up with the rest of my hand. It’s like I wants to stay straight and separates out a bit more. I know I use it a lot for cell phone things.

Gut bubbling & noise increase

Been on Zoloft many years. Recently increasing from 150-175-200.
My gut is going nuts with gurgling and bubbles all over. I hear it so much when I’m laying down at night or in the morning. Doesn’t seem to coincide with a meal or not- no diarrhea or constipation.
I’m hoping it’s *just the zoloft* the whole reason I’m taking it is health anxiety so I don’t want to start thinking it’s something fatal. Anyone else had this?

Tingly tongue

Does anyone get tongue symptoms? I feel a large tingly patch unrelated to food that comes and goes off and on for ….. weeks will disappear and return ….and always causes me to panic for some reason. Lasts a few seconds then goes. I do have anxiety so 🤷🏻‍♀️ …..it’s not painful just tingles and pricks , like I ate a pineapple . 🍍

3cm bone island- terrified !

I was having some champagne so I got an x-ray just to roll out a fracture. Incidentally found was a 3 cm lesion. I have health anxiety and OCD and I am absolutely beyond terrified. I fear that this is Mets from an unknown cancer or a cancer in itself. can anyone please please please help me!

No acute fracture or malalignment. No significant degenerative changes.
Soft tissues are unremarkable. Focal sclerotic lesion with somewhat
feathery margins measuring approximately 3 x 1.5 cm in the right femoral
metadiaphysis. No other focal osseous abnormality is identified.

IMPRESSION:
Right tibia/fibula:
No acute osseous abnormality.

Left tibia/fibula:
No acute osseous abnormality.
Sclerotic lesion measuring approximately 3 x 1.5 cm in the distal left
femoral metadiaphysis is favored to represent a bone island. However,
given absence of prior radiographs for comparison, recommend dedicated
radiographs of the left femur for further evaluation.

Severe anxiety- CBC normal 8 weeks ago now I think I could have leukemia

43 female, 5,4, 150lbs

I had a perfectly normal CBC, CMB 7.5 weeks ago. March 20.

About 1-2 weeks after , I started to have shin aches and pains in both legs. No increase in activity. I’ve tried fluid , Gatorade, new shoes, hot baths rest. Nothing helps . Increase in stress? Yes

I have severe health anxiety and now convinced myself it could be leukemia.

Please help me rationalize. I do see my PCP today. Would he order another round of labs?

I had a breast biopsy come back benign. I was terrified. When I got the benign results I was so relieved! They said to return in 6 months for a mammogram of just that beast. It was concordinate . Now I’m overthinking….. why? Isn’t benign , benign? Why wouldn’t they tell me to do annual- is 6 months routine after all biopsies? Just anxious like I thought I was out of the woods…. But maybe I’m not?
