For me was when he praised Ben Starr’s dish in season 2: WHY DON’T YOU COOK LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME??!!
Just finished watching the show and all I can say is it ended like Edie’s other hit show the Sopranos. The viewers are left to make up their own ending.

How Peter Krause never won an Emmy for this episode is a crying shame.
I know he wasn’t a great contestant but I love the way Frank took full responsibility for his horrendous service in episode 9, didn’t point fingers at his teammates, didn’t make excuses or even blame the equipment.
It maybe one of the biggest brain farts in Hell’s Kitchen history but Sade thinking they were cooking for dogs was quite cute.

Holy Crap! (Pun intended), Ray Romano has come a long way as a comedian turned actor. He did a great job portraying an adult recently discovering that he’s on the spectrum, and despite all that he can have a family and run a successful business. Those acting lessons from Doris and Peter really paid off.
