Custom turntable has 2 tone arms.... am I seeing things?

Was helping a friend pick up a Marketplace purchase and the seller had this amazing collection of custom and tube and audio gear in his basement. Two of the turntables caught my eye but especially this one.
What the heck is the dual ( not the brand) tonearm dealio? Can you tell
Anything else about it?

Pupae is in a vulnerable place, can I move it safely?

This 'Vanessa' ( so says Apple Photo) is hanging in one of our deck umbrellas that we need frequently. Can I gently 'disconnect' it and move it to a safe place?
And what would be a safe place? We have many flower beds with dense Hostas and ferns and other plants... ¯¯\\_(ツ)_/¯

TPMs for trailer wheels...

Initial research shows SOME vehicles with TPMs capabilities can also do sensors in trailer tires. Is this a thing with '22 Glad with trailer package?

SNL surround audio mixed 'ruined' when GlobalTV 'overrides' US / original signal.

I FINALLY figured out that the music audio on SNL when watched through 'PVR' is ruined by what I presume is some weird lack of 'pass-thru' by GlobalTV when they hijack the signal to out Canadian commercials in. I don't care about the ads but I wondered for a couple years now why the audio mixes of musical guests on SNL was so.... bad!
Recently, when Paul McCartney was the musical guest, the show had the unusual moment where he played music at the VERY end into the credits.

As often happens, the 'Canadian' feed switches back to the US original feed during the final few seconds. This time, Paul and band were playing when the switch happened and voila !!! The music changed to a full, surround mix.

What the heck Shaw/ Rogers/ Global?

TLDR: US audio feed ruined when Canada signal is inserted.
