So part of my recovery has been treatment by Therapeutic massage, and while working my leg, he noticed what ever muscles control my fate are all out of whack from the injury and my body’s responses to compensate for the injury, life in the cast and follow on boot, and now recovery. He pointed out that my foot’s fate swings out “right foot” and I need to make a conscious effort to walk almost pigeon toed to reset and retrain it, above is the effort, it almost looks normal, but each step I am focusing on pigeon toed walking and it’s insane. Anyone else dealing or felt with this?
