when to use trigger vs flows.

I'm considering (or will soon be joining) Salesforce India as a Success Architect and wanted to hear from people who have recently joined or are already in this role.

I'd really appreciate any honest feedback on:

What's your day-to-day work like?

How is the workload and work-life balance?

Typical working hours? Do you often have late evening calls with US customers?

Is the role stressful or manageable?

How flexible is the work-from-home/hybrid policy? How many days are you expected in the office?

How is the team culture and management?

How are learning opportunities, career growth, and internal mobility?

Anything you wish you had known before joining?
