[Toyota Mark II Qualis 3.0 wagon] JDM market only — street parked in Minnesota

The Toyota Mark II Qualis 3.0 (specifically the 3.0G top trim) is a premium Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) station wagon produced between 1997 and 2002.

Despite sharing the legendary "Mark II" nameplate, which historically represented rear-wheel-drive platforms, the Qualis is unique because it was built on the front-wheel-drive Camry (XV20) platform.

It was designed to offer Lexus-level luxury and ride quality combined with the immense cargo utility of a family sport wagon. Produced 210 to 215 horsepower and roughly 220 lb-ft of torque.

Can anyone pinpoint the year?
