Looking for a flatmate(HSR)

I’m looking for a roommate and a 2 BHK apartment in HSR or ITI Layout. My budget for a 2 BHK is between 25-30k per month for the entire flat.

A bit about me: I’m a 23-year-old Punjabi male. I don’t drink or smoke and non-vegetarian food is acceptable. I work as a Software Development Engineer and would prefer someone who is into fitness. Please DM me if you’re interested.

23M, 8 months in consistent

Wanted to share an update on my journey, drop my current routine, and see what you guys think. I officially started taking my training and diet seriously around Diwali last year (so about 6-7 months of consistent work).

Starting Point:
Weight: 52 kg
Body Fat: ~14%
Background: I was pretty underweight when I started. I was lean, but I lacked muscle mass.

Current Status:
Weight: 60kg
Body Fat: ~19%
Diet: Currently running a lean bulk at 2,800 kcal/day.
I’ve obviously put on some body fat moving from 14% to 19%, but the muscle mass and strength gains have been completely worth it. I feel significantly more solid and energetic.

The Routine Switch (PPL to PPLUL):
When I first started, I ran a standard 6-day PPL (Push/Pull/Legs) split. It was great for building my foundation and getting me used to the volume.
Recently, I switched my split to a 5-day PPLUL (Push, Pull, Legs, Upper, Lower) and it seems to be working incredibly well for me.

Why it's working: Dropping that 6th day in the gym gave me an extra day of recovery, which I think my body really needed on this bulk plus i can use this for cardio. Hitting the Upper/Lower split later in the week still lets me hit every muscle group twice a week, but the fatigue management feels way more dialed in.
I'm planning to ride out this 2800 kcal lean bulk for a while longer before doing a mini-cut.

Any advice or critiques from guys who have run a PPLUL on a lean bulk are welcome!
