Since I missed out on the made to order Apocalypse, I needed an Apocalypse with absolute presence to stand next to my Diamond Select Colossus. The standard X-Men '97 was too small, and the Select version was way too slim.

The Fix: Combined a completely repainted Diamond Select torso with the beefier X-Men '97 Retro arms and head. I bulked up the boots with custom foam, lengthened the blaster barrels, and widened the drill collar to fit his heavier frame.

The Jackpot: The slim Select arms fit perfectly onto the leftover Legends torso, so I walked away with two fully playable variants instead of a pile of scrap fodder! Swipe to see the surgery breakdown.

Inspired by the original SF the animated movie. G.i. Joe Barrett n some soft good i sewed up.

What i think about when I hear they're making a Cable figure. Everything is removable, so the integrity of original figure is saved. Majority of parts are from buzz light year figures and the huge cannon n ammo belts are from 'wetworks' action figures mc farlane toys.

This is my first time I'm doing dioramas, the floor piece was actually a concrete wall. Then I found this awesome piece of foam in the back. I'm from New York City.I don't know if I should make new york city store fronts , a two story building or keep it simple with a plain garage. I really don't wanna take away from the action Figures with too much details in the background. Suggestions pls

I love wet works.The comic book, even though the story line wasn't that great.The character designs were all simmer in this prince Drakken armor was only in the guide issue but was so cool. I'm still gonna do the skull knee pads and spike shoulder pads.But I love how the paneling on marvel legends dracula depics him.

I Caught a darkseid figure separate from the package for $3. I don't collect DC and the figure's phenomenal but I didn't have any place for him so I decided to add him to my marvle versus capcom 2 collection since apocalypse is so expensive

I chose the buzz light yr cyclops because it's chest stuck out further than zurg. This was all painting with acrylic marker by the way , it came out in a masterfully buttery matte finish.

I have my process on articulation but Id love to hear some of your takes . These figured have great sculpt n detail Some of these have no elbow or knee joints. Any tips on how you would approach this?. I have ball joint kits n drills. Thanks

Marvel select sabertooth. Add fabric glue n fur. Took 10 minutes . I also added a ball joint in the ways for future custom on ab crunch. Its functional , but there's a slight gap , so I have it sitting flush now (still tight n sturdy. I will make him a new diaper to cover the gap and solve the infamous hunchback on his figure.

Was a rough transition. Js couldn't get the proportions the way I wanted. Finally decided on doing my first blank and though I loved the figure it still wasn't brolic enough . Finally found the perfect blank. I love how the soft good rider boots came out. Took parts from every phase n this is the result. Enjoy my pain. Lol
