Custom hair cut. Whatever here was left , I heated up a vinyl weeder and dipped it in the plastic tool to create the curls. Then it came in with fabric glue , it dries fast in clumps u can then dip the weeder in the semi dry glue for bangs

Fabric glue dries fast in clumps . Used it for those curly bangs. Took a vinyl weeder, heated it up in dipped into the clumps n twist. Not done , gonna make a custom wired cape n refine his shoulder pads. Big change from a long haird 2 braid magnet
