Flooding question for someone who doesn't live in the city

Could anyone be so kind and tell me if there is any major flooding over by the Del Real Auto Sales?

They have a vehicle I'm interested in buying but I live over an hour away and don't want to deal with it if they have vehicles that are being flooded right now. It's close to the Franciscan Health hospital if some don't know where exactly it's at.

Thoughts on a 23 touring price

Looking to buy an Odyssey after test driving some yesterday and I see this 2023 touring for $25K at 110K mileages. Carfax says one owner and no accidents and it looks solid from the post. Seen from car guru it's been listed there for 109 days so wondering what could be wrong with it if the price is that solid? The only conflict I found between car guru and car fax is car fax says it was a personal vehicle where car guru says it was a fleet vehicle.

Looking for opinions as we are definitely wanting an Odyssey but don't want my first van to be a turd.

Your opponent is cheating

There have been multiple posts on here saying your opponent isn't cheating you just don't know how an interaction works or they outplayed you. I can tell you that it is all lies fabricated to make you think you are a bad player.

We all know you are going to be the next world champ but Mr Pikachu has spent too much money on Wolfe Glick to be the world champ difference and has to hire hackers to slow you down.

Only your Mom, Grandma, Dog, pokemon, and AI girlfriend know you would never lose to a double rock slide flinch or that the damn Heliolisk had dry skin. No the hackers screwed you yet again.

Push through the hackers and become the next world champ. After all, like your AI girlfriend says; "If you want to have a more pleasurable experience, please subscribe to the premium pass for $4.99 a month or $49.99 for the year.

Are there issues with the 2017+ models

I been looking at FB Marketplace in my area and I see tons of 2017 and higher Pacificas listed on there. Are those bad years for them? Most are around 90K-130k for mileage.

Looking at getting a mini van in a couple of years and while we will test drive an odyssey and Sienna at least, I was curious about anything after 2010 what other makes/models are decent or semi reliable to buy that isn't a Honda, Toyota, KIA, or Chrysler. Those 4 are the I have constantly seen posted on here to buy. The only reason putting after 2010 is for having the phone call feature with the vehicle as it will be my Wife's vehicle and she has to have that now ever since she got it on her last vehicle.

Also I know Dodge would be part of Chrysler but most people on here seem to talk about the Pacifica the most so if there is another model under that company I'm fine with looking into that.

Also if there is vehicles with the call feature before 2010 that's fine too I just know it's most likely to have it after 2009
