Since Sem Robberse began his Complex league rehab assignment for last year's Tommy John, he has faced 10 batters and only allowed one baserunner.

Good to see Sem pitching again. Not the highest ceiling prospect but potentially a guy who could contribute at the big league level if he's made a full recovery.

Lonnie White in 99 PA since being promoted to AA Altoona: .286/.394/.524, good for a .918 OPS.

He's also hit 5 home runs since the promotion, which brings his season total to 12 HR in 203 PA. Strikeouts are a little concerning at a 29% K rate in AA so far, but overall, there are positive signs that he may be figuring things out at 23 years old.

Woke up this morning with a very large unexplained bruise on my leg. It is lighter in color and slightly raised in the center.
