Has anyone had succuss finding mini dresses with this silhouette?

Has anyone been able to find this style of dress in their size? All of these pictures are from Cider. I think this style of dress, with the tighter waist and light flare, would look flattering on me but I can't seem to find any in my size US 20-24. With Cider I am just outside of their sizing for dresses. My waist is 52in and my hips are 61in. I'm okay with the waist being a little less than my measurements, especially if it stretches and it's supposed to be tighter. Sometimes I'll find one that fits my waist but is less than my hips so that's a no-go cause the whole point is to have the light but not excessive flair. The photos are in order of what most fits what I'm looking for with the grey dress being the max I'm looking for in flair. The last photo is me with a skirt on that kindaaa does what I want, and my waist is hidden beneath the shirt. I am also a smaller size than this now.

I've looked through a lot of the recommended plus size fashion brands on this sub and I haven't been able to find what I'm looking for so I thought I would post and ask if anyone has come across anything that might fit this criteria. Thanks!

Is this him trying to cough up a hairball?

I am 24, in New England, US. He has a vet that I can take him to but I have not contacted them about this, I can afford vet care. My cat is neutered and 16 and he keeps doing this thing where he's wiping at his face and then making a gagging face (he doesn't make noise when this happens usually). He has done this before in the almost 3 years I've had him but very few and far between and only 1/2 gags each time he's done it. The last 2 days he's been doing it much more and longer (it'll last several minutes).

Has anyone seen this before?

Why are Snapchat memories that are videos splitting into separate files when I download?

I was able to download all of my memories like so many people are doing but, when I open the zip file, videos that are more than 10 seconds long are downloading as separate files. So a video that is 1 min long will have 10 parts. A video that is 12 seconds long will have 2 parts, 10 seconds and then somewhere else (not always/normally right next to the first file) a 2 second video.

I can't find anyone else who has had this issue and posted about it or any articles about it so I labelled it general question instead of common issue. What should I do?

I'm not sure if this is the correct subreddit but I live with one other person on the bottom floor of a split family house in CT. The new landlords lived in the top floor for a little more than a year before moving. They said they planned to continue to fix the top unit and rent to someone else but they haven't done it since finishing 6 months ago They keep having family or guests stay and will ask us to not us the driveway. The first few times it happened I didn't mind, it's one or two nights, but each time it made me think why are you not having your family park on the street and let your paying tenants use their driveway. Now, the only entrance to their unit is connected to the driveway, we also have one connected to the driveway (which is the only one we use) and a front door that leads to the street. It's not a long way for any of the entrances from the street but a source of annoyance for us when they lived here was it was like they were allergic to walking an extra 10 feet. We all knew each other's schedule, they would come home before 5pm, park in the middle of the driveway knowing they were going to leave before 5:30pm, knowing I was coming home at 5pm. So I would have to park on the street and then go back out and move the car after they left when they could've just parked on the street. It honestly made no sense.

I was telling the person I live with that if this was a normal landlord/tenant living situation (where the landlord is not here so often) that we would have use of our driveway and backyard (there have been other issues) and we would be able to work out things with the person that was living in the unit above us. I find it frustrating because in a lot if ways it feels like we're expected to not fully act like this place is our home. I'm also not completely sure that it's family/friends that are staying and they're maybe doing a form of Airbnb, it keeps happening on the weekend and then this latest time they're asking us to not use the driveway for a week. The first time they arranged for me to park in someone else's driveway because the parking ban wasn't up. They said they were going to have some family over for the weekend and then there 9 cars here and like 17 people. I think I'm gonna have to start asking more questions so not everything is a surprise since they don't effectively communicate anything.

Idk, you can tell me if I'm being unreasonable and to just park on the street (I've never given any indication to them it wasn't okay). I think I'm just hyper-aware of them feeling comfortable taking too much, especially now that they don't even live here anymore so I can't explain things away with "well it's their home too". IDK it feels weird that sometimes they just get to send a message, "hey can you not use your driveway for a week, thanks!" or is that just the perils of renting?
