I don’t care what other bosses there are. This is the best boss in the game. The theme was actually insane, had me jumping up and down while fighting him. And it got a million times more meaningful and impactful when I looked up what the lyrics meant.

Well shoot. We all knew this would happen.
If you want, you can read the post I made when this first happened and the update post but the TLDR is:
I was babysitting my 5 yr old cousin cuz the rest of the family had a wedding. The kid hit his head so I drove him to the hospital (I don’t have a license) and my entire family stopped talking to me for being “irresponsible” so I had to leave the house for a few days cuz I couldn’t handle staying
This all happened a few months ago. It took about a month for my aunt and uncle to let me see my cousin again. I didn’t get an apology from them, or anyone besides my mom, but I missed the little guy so I was happy to see him again.
Similar to last time, there is a family function which I’m not invited to. As soon as I learned about it, I knew exactly what was gonna happen. Which is as follows: I get a call from my uncle acting all nice to me. He asked me to babysit. I told him “do u remember what happened last time” and he was downplaying the whole thing as if he didn’t BAN me from seeing my cousin for a month.
Having learned my lesson, I said no. He doubled down and said nothing like that would happen this time and even offered me money. So I said, instead of paying me just get a babysitter. He straight up told me how rude I was being and said he’d call my dad. Which man idk maybe I was being rude but that’s such a dick move. I don’t even think I was being rude I just told him to get a sitter.
Later that day, my dad came home from work SCREAMING my name. As I expected, he yelled. A lot. And called me a lot of stuff that would be hurtful if I didn’t tune it out. After like 10 mins of him screaming, I got two words out. “I didn’t”.
So apparently that’s enough backtalk to warrant me being kicked out. He just told me “get out” and watched me leave the front door.
My mom was present for basically the entire thing but didn’t say anything. But I don’t blame her. My dad is a very angry man and, shit if I was in her place I’d be too scared to say anything.
She texted me a few hours later making sure I was ok. I told her I was at a friends house. She told me that if I called my uncle and dad and apologized then she wouldn’t let them make me babysit.
First of all, this is so much bigger than me not wanting to babysit. I love my cousin and I’d love to babysit him. I’m not apologizing for doing literally nothing and I’m not putting myself in that situation again.
But here’s the problem. I’ve been basically living at one of my friends’ house for 2 days (the incident happened on Tuesday) and while he says I’m welcome for as long as I need, but I don’t know how much longer I can stay without being rude or overstaying my welcome. Especially since I don’t have any clothes and I’ve been bothering his clothes. I also don’t want to jump between my friends’ houses like I’m homeless or something.
So, I really don’t know what to do here. Should I just swallow my dignity so I can go back home, or should be stubborn and set an example this time
