I have NVSE and FNV yet it still freezes on my latest save

I’m desperate for solutions

I get sunlight in the morning. I take magnesium. I go to sleep at a normal time and cut off blue light at least an hour before bed. I meditate before sleep. I eat clean foods. Yet I still keep waking up in the middle of the night. Last night I got only three hours of sleep and couldn’t go back to bed.

I dont know how long I can do this

I got a septoplasty two months ago. It was regular septoplasty and they did something to my turbinates but I forgot what they exactly did

Before the septoplasty the inside of my nose according to my ENT was very inflamed. In a follow up appointment a few weeks following the surgery, he said it was very clear

Yet the left nostril feels “unusual.” I don’t know how to describe it. It’s like I’m breathing but at the same time im not. If I inhale all the way with a lot of force, I notice that the left nostril completely closes. This is apparently “nasal valve collapse” but I don’t feel any difference doing that cheek maneuver thing

I got septollasty ln may 14 I had a lot of hope it would fix my sleep but it only fixed it on the right now it’s worse on the left because I have nasal valve collapse now. What can I do to fix it I don’t think I can get another surgery just yet

Basically the breathing feels weird and when I inhale all the way it closes on my left nostril
